Mal servicio. Una hora que estuve ahí. Y a todos los clientes les dicen las llantas están malas. Y ami me salieron con lo mismo. Y las llantas eran nuevas. Oh tu carro tiene esto malo. Lo llevé a otro lado y listo no tenia nada.

My son and a group of friends were packed in our car headed from IL to FL(that we had serviced right before they left with our own mechanic). Just outside Birmingham they were starting to overheat when going over 60mph. It was a Sundays and Cisneros was one of only 2 mechanics open. I called and they said to come in right away (they were due to close soon). Determined the probable cause was a faulty thermostat (which was a new part just changed). In less than an hour and just $100 later they had our kids back on the road. They had no problems the rest of the trip or on the long drive home. Thank you so very much, we appreciate the great quick service!

Be carefu at this tire shop l went down to Tarrant Tire shop and bought a brand new tire 40 $ more than what they was charging for a use tire

PLEASE PLEASE READ!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! IVE BEEN THERE 3 DIFFERENT TIMES AND THEY NEVER DID WHAT I ASKED,,IT SEEMED LIKE THEY ALWAYS WANTED MORE MONEY OUTTA ME! FIRST TIME I WENT FOR AN ALIGNMENT, THEY TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED TO GET MY WHOLE FRONT CONTROL ARM KIT DONE,THEY GAVE ME A PRICE OF 735.00 NOT INCLUDING PARTS OK COOL, I WANT EVERYTHING RIGHT,SO ILL GET IT DONE BUT NOT FROM THEM BC*THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE STEEP FOR ME HAVING 3 KIDS,*!!! I GOT THE FRONT ARM KIT DONE! I GO BACK “SECOND TIME” THEY TOLD ME THAT MY BOLTS WERE LOOSE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE, THAT I NEEDED TO GET THEM TIGHTENED UP,IM LIKE OK,,IS THAT SOMETHING YOU CAN DO?? THEY MENTIONED TO ME “NO” I HAD TO GO BACK WHERE I GOT IT FIXED,I UNDERSTAND THAT,BUT WHY STILL CHARGE ME A FEE??WHEN YOU DIDNT DO ANYTHING FOR ME,,THEY COULD HAVE TIGHTENED THEM BUT DIDNT,THEY JUST CHOSE TO TELL ME MY BOLTS WERE LOOSE, WHICH I APPRECIATE,,, BUT I JUST PAID YOU A FEE TO TELL ME WHAT WAS WRONG THE FIRST TIME,,,MIND THEM ALL I WANTED WAS AN ALIGNMENT, THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN’T DO IT UNLESS I GET WHAT HE TOLD ME TO GET DONE ON MY CAR FIRST!! AT THIS POINT IM ANNOYED!! I EXPRESSED THAT TO THEM! THEY TOLD ME THEY UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE EXTRA FEE,,THEY CALLED ME BACK TWICE AND THEY SAID ONCE I GET THE BOLTS TIGHTENED THEY WOULD TAKE THE FEE OFF THE ALIGNMENT CHARGE WHEN I COME BACK!!!! SO I TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUE,,GET MY BOLTS TIGHTENED SO THEY CAN HONOR THEIR WORD,,AT THIS POINT I DONT WANNA GO BACK BUT I WANTED TO BE COMPENSATED FOR BEING CHARGED EXTRA,,ALSO I HAVE 3 BEAUTIFUL KIDS IM ALREADY STRUGGLING,I DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO GIVE AWAY!!!SO MY THIRD TIME I GO THERE KNOWING IN MY HEART THAT THEY WERE GOING TO MAKE IT A COMPLICATED SITUATION FOR ME, HE TELLS ME I NEED 4 NEW TIRES 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️MIND YOU JUST TWO DAYS BEFORE THIS REVIEW AND ME GOING BACK TO THEM I JUST GOT 2 NEW TIRES,,LITERALLY…. I KNEW THEY DIDNT WANTED TO HELP,,IT WAS SO SAD,,BECAUSE BEFORE HAND THEY KNEW THEY WERE WRONG BUT THEY STILL TRIED TO FIND A WAY TO MAKE ME PAY FOR EXTRA SERVICE! I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE GO BACK!! WHEN I TOLD THEM THE SECOND TIME ABOUT THE EXTRA FEE,,, I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO WRITE A REVIEW,,THATS THE ONLY REASON HE WAS GOING TO TAKE THE EXTRA CHARGE OFF THE ALIGNMENT, I STILL WENT BACK,THEY NEVER MADE IT RIGHT, AND NOBODY REMEMBERED ANYTHING!! I REALLY HOPE YOU GUYS TAKE THIS REVIEW INTO CONSIDERATION,,THEIR FRAUDS AND I WOULDN'T WASTE MONEY OR TIME THATS WHY THEIR PRICE GOUGING AND CHARING EXTRA FEES BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR BUISNESS !! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!
