I was driving through Phoenix on my way to Texas when my windshield got hit by a pebble. In less than an hour the crack had spread halfway across my windshield. Angel at Citywide Autoglass in Tucson responded quickly to my phone call and replaced my windshield at a fair price. So thankful for these kind of Angels!

Nice friendly customer service on the phone. They quoted a good price. They came out to do the job and said they had to charge a more, a lot more because of a "miscommunication", there wasn't. Be prepared, it's a simple bait and switch operation. Expect to see the price go up a lot once they have you committed to doing the work.

I previously would use the suggested vendor from my insurance company [Safe_____]. Any little rock and I would get a chip or crack. I had the windshield replaced 3 times in one year. I learned that the other national company uses inferior glass. Windshield number 4 was put in 3 years ago from Citywide Auto Glass. Not one chip or crack and I've had rocks hit my glass several times. Buy local. Citywide did an amazing job with my windshield and the windshield is still in perfect condition 3 years later!
