So glad I came across Craig and his company!!! Transmission went out on our Yukon, even tho it was a timely processes, it was WELL worth the wait , the truck is running amazing!! And I’m now about to have Craig work on my Regal!! I have nothing but great things to say about this man and his passion for his work and company! Thank C&J for all ur hard work!!!

After dealing with a mechanic who clearly didn’t know what he was doing, I took my car to C&J. Jessica immediately saw the mistakes that the previous mechanic made and had my car running within a couple of hours while I waited. She even removed a part that had been unnecessarily replaced and I was able to get a refund for it! So grateful for Jessica, Jewels, and the rest of the wonderful people at C&J. Incredible, honest, and they saved me a ton of money. A+ service!

Please accept my sincere apologies for the way under rated stars I left, if there is anyone in this mechanical world that not only works on vechiles not only values his customers and not only shows women like me that being a mechanic is super cool. I totally would sport this place in my car at the mall ur the best thing since torgue stuff lol no I would cheer u on but more importantly u will never find a shop so clean so professional and so fun. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE RED FLAG🚩🚩🚩 DO NOT BE FOOLED, HE IS REPOSTING REVIEWS FROM FAKE ACCOUNTS JUST TO MAKE IT LOOK GOOD brought it in around January, and let me tell you this is a terrible place if you value your car at all! - BENT HOOD AFTER BRINGING IN FLUSH(even being dismissed like they didn't do it even tho I have a timestamped photo before and after!) -ADDED TO MY BILL AND LIED(200$ EXTRA) - TOLD 1 WEEK till done( turns out it was 6 months of nothing!) - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE dismissed plenty of times and had to constantly be there to see Craig even try to work on my car - HE LITERALLY LEFT WITH NO WARNING one day and ditched me at the shop and snuck out! - MORE SCRATCHES ON CAR! my car wasnt perfect, but I can tell there was MUCH MORE scratches on my car and my LOCKS DONT WORK ANYMORE after recieving my car Now...i try to be patient but please heed my warning, it looks like this place got a review of 4.5 stars from what it once was a year ago, but listen only to the actual bad reviews, im pretty sure there might be some fake reviews thrown in here to throw us off. BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT ENTERTAIN THIS CRAZY PLACE UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE

Used to work there. Had to leave for personal reasons not related to work. Craig and his crew were great to work with. Have worked places where it is clear they are sticking it to the customer. If they'll stick it to the customer, they will stick it to the texh. My money not being right never crossed my mind. Honestly miss the place.

I took my Cadillac XTS up there 2 weeks ago for suspension repair which was not repaired right nor fixed. They told me to bring my car back on a specific day which I agreed to and it sat there for two days without it even being inspected for what they missed and clearly playing a guessing game at my vehicle and my moneys steady being spent. I’m no mechanic but when I take my vehicle to a certified repair facility and it’s diagnosed by them there supposed to be fixing the problem at hand. Instead at this place I’m out just about $500.00 and all I can say is I will see you in court I don’t play about my money. And again lies receipts show I paid $425.00 for repairs I said I’m almost out of $500.00 and I brought my vehicle on a scheduled date which you had and which you were supposed to inspect which clearly this message is response back is coming from the so called owner and not Jessica who fixed my car cause clearly you don’t know how much was paid or how my car was diagnosed since your never to be seen and I will be getting at least some of my money back. UPDATE!! First of all vip treatment would imply you fixing my car without payment. And secondly Jessica did let me come back and pay her for the reprogramming and my car started doing the exact same thing I brought it to you in the first place to fix 🤷🏾. And to still show my integrity I still brought that $125.00 back but in my eyes for nothing again showing my integrity.And thirdly AND I SAY THIS IN LETTERS YOU CAN READ CLEARER ANYTHING I SAY ONCE I CAN SAY AGAIN I DON’T HAVE TO TALK ABOUT YOU OR ANYONE ELSE BEHIND THERE BACK I WAS PAYING YOU FOR SERVICE NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. HAVE YOU COLLECTED PAYMENT FROM THE CAR LOT OF FINISHED CARS YOU HAVE LINED UP OUTSIDE YET?? HMM MY POINT EXACTLY SO TECHNICALLY VIP SERVICE WOULD BE (YOU CERTIFIED BUSINESS OWNER TO TAKE CARE OF A CUSTOMERS VEHICLE WHO HAS ALREADY PAID $425.00 FOR MECHANIC WORK THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO FIX THE ISSUE FROM WHICH THE VEHICLE WAS INITIALLY BROUGHT TO YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE WHICH YOU DIAGNOSED TO BE THE ISSUE.

We really enjoyed our experience with this shop. Craig came and got our car, did a fuel sample, changed the spark plugs, worked on the AC, etc. When we came to pick up and got it home, the AC was still blowing hot. We called them and were told to bring it back at no cost to us. They found the issue and fixed it within a couple of hours. They are absolutely amazing and are very reasonable. Thank you guys!

Craig and his crew have repaired many vehicles for me over the years. He will get the job done at a very reasonable price. Expect to drop your car off at his shop for the day as he is very busy. He will also come to you as well.

I had made an appointment to have my brakes looked at once there. I went into the office at the direction of a young man working on a vehicle. Once in the office, a young lady was on speaker phone with what I'm assuming was another customer. She never acknowledged me being there even after standing in the office for quite some time than exiting the office and standing in the shop for several minutes. I understand being busy, but she could have easily put the phone call on mute and at least acknowledged me. It isn't letting me respond to the comment left by "the owner" so I will do it this way. It was my time.......I even waited until after my appointment time. I mean I guess that is ok behavior if you do not want new customers. Your response proves that I am better off going else where. Instead of trying to make it right you want to what? Prove some how you was in the right to ignore someone? Come to my shop if you are the lucky few that are not ignored you will pay less for a product that you can get in a thousand other locations in okc and surrounding area. Your second response is no better. It is not an opinion that I was ignored it is a fact.

I called early on a Monday morning and talked to a guy that barely would let me say two words I was told to text my info to put my car on the list I did I heard nothing all day Tuesday comes I call early in the morning and get some other guy on the phone that barely would let me say anything he talked my damn ear off just to tell me I was going to be taken care of that day and again nothing not even a phone call. So Wednesday rolled around and after waiting all day to nearly 5:00 I called them and I was told oh I was fixing to come that way I just told them forget it never mind I needed my car fixed Monday they are very very very very very unprofessional in my opinion don't waste your time with these clowns...

So I took my car to C&J and explained to Craig that my steering wheel was shaking during braking. I took it in on 3/15/24 @ 8:00. I called back just before noon to check on it. The tech said they were waiting on parts. I called and texted multiple times again to get the runaround. Ended up leaving the car overnight and picked it up at noon on 3/16/24. Keep in mind this was a basic brake job. Craig has the customer service people skills of a wet sock. I paid $206 and asked if they checked everything. Craig said he wanted to take it for a test drive but actually just pulled it out of the garage. Driving home I noticed the steering wheel still shaking. I called Craig immediately and he said he didn’t know what was wrong. I had to get to work so I told him I’d bring it back as soon as I could. The next day 3/17/24 I took it to a tire shop to check it out. Three lugs on driver side and two lugs on passenger side were barely finger tight. Wow! I could’ve had a serious accident. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND MONEY! The rebuttal from the owner/staff is exactly what I expect as you can see in many customer reviews. Rather than take ownership, they want to always blame the customer. Again if you value your safety and money, STAY CLEAR!

I highly recommend this company! Edward was very communicative, coordinated a time that worked for both of us, came out to our house, and quickly diagnosed & remedied our vehicle within an hour. He was very friendly and gave me some great recommendations to keep our car running smoothly. Very reasonable priced as well.

They are very unprofessional, very rude, and they don't do what they say they're doing. I had an appointment for them to pick it up on January 22, 2024 and it was only a block from them and it took them 6 days after my appointment to pick it upwhen I went to check on it today January 29,2024 they hadn't even looked at my husband has been paying for rides to and from work for 2 weeks. When he told them nevermind he will do it himself they said that they would call the police on him the car was not on their property so my mother in law decided to callthe police herself and they said that we can work on it because it wasn't on their property. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED USING THEM this is not the first time we have had issues with them the last time we had to take it back up there the next day and they still didn't fix it

Had the worst experience with repair shop I've ever delt with and I know for a fact he swapped out my parts for he blue avalanche that was there before me and managed to get fix before I had to tow my avalanche back home because he just refused to fix it. Because the parts he swapped out had warranties and the parts I had for my truck had numbers and they didn't match my warranty so yeah this shop is shady .

Tried to get a job done, guy on the phone was extremely rude, said they couldn't offer mobile because there was a 1% chance of rain and then said to send them pictures of the vehicle and part and just never responded.
