CK Auto Image Repairs is great. They explain everything clearly, including alternatives and urgency of what’s needed and costs—which always seem fair. I always get service quickly when I call. Everyone is friendly and they have a comfortable waiting area if you want to wait while they work on your car, which I always do.

Been going here since they open. Refer all friend and family since it’s an Asian shop but they hired knowledgeable mechanics and still able to charge reasonable price. Their price now is the same as big brand shop and that is okay because we support local businesses. But now they require an in person deposit to order part?? IN PERSON?? Been a customers for years and have multiple vehicles in their system!! Who the hell have time nowaday to come for an in person deposit. Then later drop off the car. Without inspections our car, they said to replace the rotors?? Well, we took it to the BMW dealership, hassle free and $100 cheaper.

I just went to CK auto for the first time and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. I never write reviews but Gabriel was so helpful, knowledgeable, and got me in quickly - highly recommend!!

I really love taking my car to this shop. They work with my buddy schedule. I will continue to take my car here until I either die or they close down that's how good they are.

Gabe and John are great. They’re very honest and give fair quotes. Gabe replaced my headlights, balanced my tires, checked my brakes, and replaced the evaporator in my truck (a big pain of a job that required him to take apart the majority of the inside of my truck to get to the defective part). I now have AC once again, and I’m very grateful. Their labor rate is reasonable, as I’d been quoted significantly more by dealerships over thousands of dollars of what CK Auto said they could do the job for. CK Auto did great work, and I’ll be taking my vehicle there for all future concerns from now on. I highly recommend this business.

i’ve used CK Auto twice now and intend to continue going to them. i have found everyone to be incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with, and not at all insistent with recommendations. while my car was there this week, it sustained damage from a towing company. CK Auto was once again on top of communication, proactive about repairing new damage, and ensuring the cost would be covered by the towing company. in short, they made a bad situation pretty painless. thanks for everything!

Consummate professionals! Started going here this year and will never take my car anywhere else. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who always deliver. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such good customer service anywhere. As a bonus, they have good wifi and a nice, clean, quiet waiting room.

CK Auto is a great company. They do excellent work for a fair price and have customer service. They are very easy to schedule work and they get the work done on time. They have service my 2 cars for at least 10 years and never had any issues. They are the best.

I love CK Auto and will never go anywhere else in Philly unless they close. After going to them for a few years for all my routine maintenance and any issues that pop up here and there, I'm confident in saying they're the best auto shop I've ever worked with. Honest, affordable, and they never pressure me into overpriced services or repairs I don't need. John at the front desk is so kind and always gives amazing service. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
