Bait and switch kings. Went in for one thing, they went behind closed doors never talked to me until I paid and said it was something else and double the price! Never gave me any consultation or options or informed me of a change. Repair held so far, but looking at other reviews, they seem to post the cheap prices and then without any warning tell you it's more...Buyer beware Pablo is a scammer and should be shut down.

I’ve been bringing my car here since 2015 and will continue to for as long as I’m in Chicago! Another shop tried to scam me, and I called Clark Tires and explained my situation, brought my car in, and was given an honest assessment of my car’s repairs that saved me $750. I refer all my friends here, it’s a fabulous shop owned by honest people.

Staff was very friendly and prices were great. At first, I was satisfied with the service until I realized that a lot of corners were cut. A lug nut fell off one of the tires they replaced and two of the tire valve caps were very loose. You’re essentially paying for the labor, I’d check their work afterwards if you’re able to.

We’ve been coming here for years, honest and fair pricing is so infrequent when you’re getting your car taken care of and this place always delivers reliable work. Highly reccomend. Some times of day can be busy but worth the wait.

11/7/24 AVOID this place not honorable pricing no quality tires and scam artist taking parts from your car. I literally saw the guy pocket my lug nut in front my face as soon as I started backing up sad how petty people and businesses can be theses days

I recently had a very disturbing experience at Clark Tire Service that has caused me significant emotional and financial stress. During my last visit, I was unknowingly charged excessively for both parts and labor, and the staff failed to perform necessary maintenance checks before releasing my vehicle. This oversight led to several thousand dollars in additional repairs. The customer service was also lacking; I encountered rudeness when I sought assistance after realizing the extent of the issues. When I took my car to another mechanic, I was informed that the previous work done by Clark Tire Service was inadequate and that essential repairs had been overlooked. Additionally, my car was returned to me very dirty, with grease marks everywhere and greasy brown paper towels left in my trunk. I cannot recommend them based on my experience. It’s clear that their focus is not on quality service or customer care, and I am highly disappointed and upset.I was taken advantage of while trusting they would take care of my vehicle but I was wrong. What a shame.

Service was good. They helped get the two nails out of my tire. It was 20.00 per tire plug though, which I feel is incredibly high.

The owner and his son have been taking care of my cars since I was a teenager. They are honest and do good and reliable work. Women and young women are safe to get honest opinions here and they will tell you what you absolutely need if you’re on a budget. 🙏🏼

I thought this was my new spot to get my car fixed after Star Auto closed due to a fire but I was wrong! First they are not honest or fair when it comes to pricing and will try to take you for EVERY PENNY if you don't DO your research, Joe tried to quote me $550 for a job that was $200, when I called him out on it he quickly changed his tune and said he would only charge me $200, but left word to charge me $300. But the worse part is the service, Pablo seems prejudice and one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with, he is dismissive and acts like he doesn't care about your business, he should be ashamed of the way he treats women! This was the last time I allow myself to give these rude crooks my money,.my time or my business. DO BETTER CLARK TIRES!!! I also wanted to revise my review because I found N and A auto repairs, these two guys Nibal and Aqueel were a DREAM TEAM! They are my new spot for all repairs, readers check these two fair and honest dudes out!!

I've tried to order 4 tires for my lexus. Wanted to replace them with my old ones and have alignment done on my car. I've talked to Pablo and he gave me price $900 for everything. But there were no tires in stock, so I've ordered them making a deposit of $200 via Zelle (see picture attached). Regardless of my call ahead to make sure tires are ready when I came to replace it there were no tires (they explained it that worker who ordered it is on vacation) then I was promised to come back tomorrow. Moreover they've told me price would be $970 instead of $900. I've requested my money back, now they having trouble refunding it to me. Per them they can't find my email.

Love this place. Every time I have a slow leak, they get me going quickly and for cheap. Just bought a set of new tires from them. Couldn't be happier. Great service, low prices. Love this place.
