Great service!
Dec 06, 2020
I came to this place as a mistake shopping cause other mechanics told me prices I couldn't believe. I talked to I think his name was chris. I told him what was wrong with my car. He told me that that's not what he thinks and hell get back to me in a hour. In between all his other customers he check for me. I was surprised to hear something different from the other shops. Long story short he saved me lots of money and was done the next day. Ty for being so helpful.

This place seemed great at first. They seemed friendly and efficient, but when it came time for our car to be done, they got sketchier by the day. He's never open when the hours say he should be. We could never get a response from him until the afternoon. When we started getting upset because after a month with our car, he could never explain why the car wasn't ready. When I asked for the parts and labor info to be on the final invoice, he said that that was none of my business. We had to call and show up constantly to get the smallest bit of information. When we finally got the car back, all the bolts and screws were loose and the battery was completely dead. He let me drive off with small children in a car he knew had a bad battery. They intentionally dragged out this repair knowing it was our only transportation. I have never dealt with more hostility and unprofessionalism. The final invoice doesn't even include things they said they did and the labor was only 9.5 hours, yet they kept it for a month. I had to walk up there prepared to have the car towed if it wasn't finished. DO NOT waste your time or money on these people. *UPDATE* We have so far needed a new battery and have lost the oil, which he charged $67 for, because the valve cover wasn't tightened! Had the battery not been dead, and I had done the errands I needed to do, I probably would have blown the motor due to their negligence. Thanks Chris and Josh.
