Took my Truck to Classic Auto for some damage I had from an accident. Can't say enough about this shop. Dealing with Max and other office staff was A++ and always got updates on the work being performed. The work itself is excellent and without flaw. Definitely recommend them!

Nice workers, however they gave me the highest quote i have ever seen on just replacing a bumper and a fender Parts were no more than 2k, but service was 250% of that added on top If you have coverage with insurance, this place is a possibility, however if you are paying for the repair try to find a different shop. I chose this location due to the reviews, although it is surprising that the reviews did not reflect pricing.

Started off amazing, nice people…reasonable quote for the work I needed. Just a simple grill change and splitter installation. Work was done in one day and looked to be in good shape! However, THAT SAME NIGHT after driving my vehicle on the highway the splitter installed by Classic auto body nearly broke entirely off. Revealing the very quick work done by the mechanic. Though the screws used were the ones provided with the part installed, a good mechanic SHOULD know better to not use short screws to mount a piece on a car. So, I called the shop back having shown them proof of their work(pictures) and was told “I am so sorry this happened we will do our best to have something done for you”. I then received a call back stating, “there is nothing we can do for you since the parts we used are what you provided.” I really didn’t appreciate the way this was handled by the staff and would really have liked to have seen some sort of reimbursement due to the lack of knowledge on mounting and half done work. The piece was clearly not installed properly and I was told to basically figure it out myself. I now not only paid 200$ for the install and 125$ for the part. But, I now have to purchase a new part and install it myself because evidently, they didn’t know how to do so properly.

My car was in their shop for 10 weeks, no explanation as of why??? Every time i called Lauren with her smiley voice would pick up the phone and talk for minutes without saying anything, I thought I would never get my car back.

CLASSIC AUTO BODY SHOP STOLE $400 WORTH OF STUFF FROM MY I needed my roof of my Truck painted. I Talk to a guy named Chris. He looked at the top of my roof.then we went inside. He wrote up an estimate for $1485 and some change. I asked him how long will the job take? He said you can bring it in on a Monday will have it out by Friday. I told him I definitely need it back before the May16, 2024 because I need to use my truck to load my toy hauler to go on vacation. Chris said no problem so we booked it for May 6,2024. I called Chris on Friday, May 3 , 2024 and said can I drop it off because I have a ride he said no problem. I had to sign a paper saying they are not responsible for property left in my vehicle. I didn't feel that they could not be trusted so I left my stuff in the vehicle because it's all my camping gear and my survival gear. It's too much to take out and they did not tell me ahead of time that I needed to do that. On May 9, 2024 I get a call from a guy name Max and he tells me there's more work that needs to be done. They will not have it done by Friday, May 10, 2024 and the price is going up because it's taking more labor. They need to do more sanding we got in a heated argument I was upset because what Chris has told me and they wanted to go up on the price. Max told me there's no way they could have it done. Tuesday, May 14, 2024 it will be done. I called on May 13, 2024 to see if I was still going to get my truck on May 14, 2024 like they said. The lady said it looks like it will be ready. I called May14, 2024 and Max answered the phone on and said I could pick up my truck by the end of the day. I asked him what time to them is end of the day he said for 4:30pm. Then he told me just pick it up at 4:30. I showed up and paid them. Max let me know after I paid that the rubber pieces for the roof are on back order it's gonna take two weeks to come in so in that receipt I paid for the rubber pieces. Max said it won't take long for them to put them on their adhesive that It will take like 10 minutes, so I said OK. Then I go out to my vehicle open the door, and I saw some things miss placed as I'm looking around I noticed things were missing the more I looked around. There was a lot of stuff missing I went back inside. I Got Max and I told them yes I realize that I signed that form that you guys are not responsible for my property but it's obvious stuff has gotten stolen because my truck was ransacked through stuff was still unzipped. and over $400 of stuff is gone!! Stuff I cannot get back and stuff that was made for me. I am a camper and a survivalist and a lot of that stuff was stolen and all he could say is that's why we have you sign that agreement obviously somebody stole all that stuff at this workplace and they really don't even care. I highly recommend you never go to this place they don't honor what they say, and they will steal. My survival backpack that was under the backseat is not even on this list yet of what was all in it. This is awful business and I feel so violated but they got paid that's all they care about. The owner. Should be ashamed of the employees that he has there.

Had an amazing experience with Classic Auto Body! Had to bring in my car because of major spoiler/front bumper damage that needed to be repaired/replaced and repainted. The entire staff, including Lauren and Max, were awesome from the beginning all the way to the end. They explained the process easily, and delivered exactly as they said they would. They even made the arrangements for me with Enterprise for a car rental I needed while they worked on my car. They went out of their way and communicated regularly to keep me informed of what was happening, and when the car would be ready, etc. My car looks brand new, by the way! I highly, highly recommend them if you need any body work done on your car! Five stars!!!!

I took my car in due to damage on rear panel, I was greeted by Max who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They fixed the issue I had quickly and at a very fair cost. It’s very hard finding a reliable, honest body shop and these guys are the real deal.

Wow! I would never expect such a cool thing happen to me going to this place. I have a 13 year old vehicle I'm about ready to sell and buy a new one. Yesterday, I hit a painting tarp on the freeway breaking the plasic wheel-well-liner half-way to where it was rubbing on my tire. I was able to secure it, but new it wouldn't hold. I just thought I would take it off and be done. But, I guess you can't do that. It was way more involved than I thought and you need them, they are there for a reason. I had no idea what that would cost. No way am I going through my insurance. I called Classic, nice knowledgeable lady Lauren said she would send a quote or I could stop in, they can quote it 5 to 15 min. I stopped in Lauren took my information said someone will be with me shortly (really nice place by the way, one review said it was old and dilapidated, I guess you need to ask yourself who is writing the review). I didn't wait long at all. Chris greeted me asked to look at my vehicle, I quickly explained my situation. I even suggested maybe cutting it off half way. Chris aked can I have your keys; he took my vehicle out back, it was back in less than 10 minutes, they secured the piece. I asked him what do I owe you, he said NO CHARGE! WHAT?? Come-on that doesn't happen!! How cool is that? It had to be at least $200/300 and above to replace the part brand new. It says a lot about their business. That's probably why they are still there after 35 years. Thanks again Chris!!

One of the best body shops around. I accidentally shut my hood with the oil cap trapped and called this shop, which was gracious enough to help me. They quickly got the oil cap out and with the utmost care to my car. Thank you so much for all your help. I highly recommend them for any of your car needs.

The body work itself is solid, but the communication from Classic Auto Body left a lot to be desired. They had my car for 6 weeks for collision repair. They only had the receptionist do updates on the car every Tuesday and Thursday, but they don't give her enough information on the status to give a true understanding of how long it was going to take and what stage things were in, in my opinion. I asked a few pointed questions: parts were on back order, but there was no timeline for delivery; the car was in paint for over a week. They gave me a quote for the repair of $5,600 after they said they had fully disassembled the front end (damage zone). Several days later, my insurance company told me that the car was a possible total loss and that the repairs were going to cost over $10k, but they'd call me back after they sent an estimator out to the shop to inspect it. After all of that, the car was not totaled and they would start on the repairs. The parts came in and I wasn't notified of this for over a week. When the repairs were done and I picked it up, they had gotten clear coat all over my key fob and a keychain (which ruined it). They told me they were waiting on a fog light to come in, so I'd have to bring it back once that part came in. They never told me the fog light had come in - I had to call and ask for an update over a week later and it had come in a day or two after I had picked the car up. I took it back for the fog light fix and there were issues that were unresolved: the AC wasn't blowing cold, there was a sound of fluids running behind the dash when I started the car, and the windshield washer wasn't working. I filled the washer reservoir and that seemed to fix the issue. After these repairs were complete, I picked it up right at closing. They said they had fixed everything, but I found that the AC was still not cold and the windshield washer wasn't working again. When I called to tell them the AC wasn't working, and outlined the other issues, Max got defensive and said he had outsourced the AC fix to another shop and had an invoice for it, which doesn't matter to me, since it was still not working. I had to take my car to the shop he had outsourced it to for them to fix the sound of fluids behind the dash, the AC and now my car has a tick when driven over 50MPH (I THINK this may be a broken clip, but they couldn't replicate the issue). Aside from the ticking sound, everything else seems to be working for now. The repairs are guaranteed for as long as I own the car, but I hesitate to take my car back to them.

Repair took longer than expected. Quality of the work is good Some of the employees are not so honest. I found my glove box had been searched and was missing items. Also missing a bag in my trunk.

Yesterday,I had a tiny scape on my car, I first met with the painter, very kind,and a happy person, he directed me to see the mgr Max, the receptionist nice too so Max looked at my car and he assisted me right away! Greet service, very caring, greeted with a smile I highly recommend Classic Auto Body awesome place , very clean office too !

I called specifically to make sure my high roof van would fit in the shop. After the person checking with others, she confirmed it would fit. After filling out the quote request and waiting a week to hear anything back , they said the van would not fit. I called to an answer of a argumentative toned woman, who cut me off mid sentence twice, the only 2 times I spoke. (9/11, 1:12pm). Check the tapes if your record your calls. You guys can do better.

I’ve gone to Classic Auto Body twice for repairs and both experiences were successful with the task at hand. I had my rear bumper, undercarriage and front fender replaced and it was a job well done, minus some interior parts not being fitted in correctly. Nonetheless, they got the job done. Their customer service on the other hand goes above and beyond - Amanda, who I believe is one of the receptionist - is amazing. She takes it a step further to ensure everything is being done and is reassuring with the entire process. Great overall and I would go back if there’s any future auto repairs.

Max is AWESOME. The front office staff is friendly courteous and action oriented! They all went above and beyond what I was expecting and I’m picky. Couldn’t find one issue. This is the second time o have used them on cars. I have referred them to co-workers and they are thrilled to finally find honest auto body shop in town. I kinda wanted to keep them on the down low just so I can use them lol but they really deserve the 5 stars. If I could I’d give them 6 stars. No liability about what they said !!!! I wanted to replace the Head lights and front windshields. They push me to call my insurance company myself but insurance company told me that they don't recommend this place because of job quality that no guarantees. However, I had been waited couple of hours to complete to get a file number from insurance company to register. finally I got a file number from the insurance company but they keep saying rent a car and leave my vehicle there then, they will take care. LOL... First time, they promise me to take care same day service because I am from out of state. They changed what they said because I got a file number from my insurance company that it is not easy to change the service company after that. Spent four hours there for nothing..... I went to other shop that's why you can't find my name.

Repeat customer because they have always taken such great care of our vehicles. They went above and beyond on our Tundra. The truck is absolutely in better shape than even before the damage. The fender flare replaced is a better and newer version than the originals, so they replaced all 4 to match the truck up. The headlights are even clean and clear as new. The attention to detail is unsurpassed. I don't feel like I have a repaired truck, but a restored to new.

The window of my Jeep stopped working and got stuck all the way down. I’ve always heard good things about this shop so decided to take it in to get fixed. Max the manager was great, the job was very reasonably priced and was fixed super quick. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

I am very particular of any work and their work is excellent when finished all seams are perfect and cleanliness is what brings the shine to their work.
