Came to Mark with a very difficult project. '74 vette with far to many years sitting in a garage and a brand new engine that was poorly installed. Given the circumstances, Mark and his team did an outstanding job. this shop def went above and beyond. Got her running pretty good. Unfortunately He was rushed because of my move to NC, but if i were not moving I would def have him take charge of the complete restoration project. Highly recommend.

Do not go here if you have a newer car. Mark unfortunately does not have the experience with cars 2010s and newer and will "experiment" by ordering all kinds of parts then charge you a crazy amount for the diagnosis for a simple repair. I trusted him to fix it at a reasonable rate and time, but 3 months later and thousands of dollars are not what I was expecting or prepared to pay. Don't waste your time and money here!

I have taken 2 vehicles to them to fix...the 1st one was my son's car a few years back...it was taken in to fix an oil leak...however the car seized up a month or so after due to no oil because the oil leak was not fixed as well as everything underneath was taped up... #1car lost and money...#2 car .. I recently took my car into them to have a timing chain and a water pump replaced... I have still had issues with my coolant and had to keep filling it every morning and depending on how much I drive I might have to add more thru out .. when I took it back to them they told me it was my head gasket...ok ...they also told me you can't tell or even check to see if it is the head gasket or not...#1lie! Then I found I had a hose split where everything was done one of the hoses...I them asked a girl question ❓ did it split because too much pressure from the water pump he said no ..I told you your head gasket needs replaced...I then had a call come thru from my husband I told him I would call him back with what my husband had to say in between changing over calls I heard him tell his secretary that I was trying to blame it on the water pump... No sir I was asking a question ⁉️⁉️ I at this time will never take another vehicle to classic Auto again!!! I've almost lost 2 vehicles due to their incompetence... I apologize...this is for classic Auto in Pueblo west

Honest mechanic with an honest price. We've used Mark for several years now after being burned by other mechanics who charged unreasonable prices and didn't always get to the real problems. Unlike our experience with other mechanics, Mark gives his honest opinion and goes above and beyond to diagnose the real problem before selling services.

Mark and his crew are the very best. If you don't know a lot about classics cars and want to own one without getting shafted, Mark is your guy! I had work done on my 70 Cutlass that turned to a bottomless pit of money and misrepresentations by two different shops in Co. Springs. Too many issues to list here. Mark was able to determine the problems after two different mechanics screwed up my 350 rocket engine and brakes. Mark is honest with what i believe has very reasonable pricing for his work based off what i spent on the previous work done. My ride screamed out of his garage and with brakes. I am taking it back for all the electrical work needed in near future. If you want to know who the two shops are in Co. Springs you should not go to you can message me on FB and i will be glad to give you fair warning. Give Classic Automotive your business!!!!!!

Got an oil change a few months ago and service was great. Called twice and left messages for another oil change and no response. I understand life can be busy but thats twice now over a span of a week ive left messages and no response. Going to find another place to do it.

This is genuinely the best automotive repair shop in Colorado Springs. Mark is excellent and first repaired my Audi Q7 about 4-5 months ago, with a crankshaft case valve issue. Prices were outstanding, especially with crazy inflation costs lately, and his work is superb. He is an honest, hard working, trustworthy mechanic. If that’s the mechanic you’re looking for (because why wouldn’t it be) then you’ve found em. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car before Classic Automotives Inc. Thank you all for being so great!!

Best experience I have ever had at any shop. Very knowledgeable even on my 1950 Merc. The owners and mechanics were all very passionate about quality work and so interested in checking out the car. What a great place full of enthusiasts for the classics.

If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. Mark and his team are absolutely incredible. I brought my grandfather's 1971 Chevy Nova in on a tow truck for a bunch of leak fixes and general repairs. Everyone at the shop was pleasant to talk to, and Mark spent a long time discussing what I wanted done and what I should expect. They worked on the car for a week, and when it was time to go to the exhaust shop, Mark volunteered to tow my car on his personal trailer to save me the cost of a tow. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure my car was road worthy within the time table I needed. The car hadn't been on the road in over 15 years, and I wanted it ready in time to drive it to the cemetery for what would have been my grandfather's birthday. Thanks to Classic Automotives, I was able to drive the Nova with no concerns. Mark took my hopes as seriously as I did, and I will continue to visit Classic Automotive anytime I need work done. It's rare today to find a quality shop with integrity, who do the right thing for the right reasons. Classic Automotive is a rare find, and I'm grateful to have found it.

Mark has the knowledge and experience for sure. His prices are fair and he will only tell you what is needed to be done, not try to sell you on unnecessary maintenance. Classic Automotives will always me my vehicle repair shop.

They were able to work on my 1995 SAAB, when almost no one else would. The price was more than reasonable, and it got done rather quickly. Unfortunately, they couldn't diagnose the SRS light, but they didn't charge me for it. The owner was knowledgeable and friendly. He was more than willing to answer all my questions and give me a ballpark estimate of the cost of repairs. All in all I'm really satisfied, and I will definitely bring my SAAB back in the future.
