So far the transition from Smicklas Chevrolet to Classic Chevrolet has not improved the Service Department. Before the company change, the service department dragged their feet on repairing the rims on my wife's car. I was told that once the company changed to Classic Chevrolet they would get right on it. So far it hasn't happened. I attempted to contact them yesterday, 8 times. Not once did anyone answer. It's time to find a different dealership.

THIS IS WHY I DONT TRUST DEALERSHIPS. I took my car in here because I knew it was having electrical problems, because I had so much work done on it elsewhere that 3 places narrowed it down to electrical, so I took it in here because it was recommended. I dropped it off and went to work, I got NO CALLS about my car or questions, they didnt listen to me and tested to see if the fuel pump was working, and if they called me theyd know it was changed LESS than a year before, but I got no call. They did the test, car wouldnt start, so they changed the most expensive option immediately and called it good. I was surprised my car was done because I got no call, I went in and they told me what they did and i owed over $1,200! That of course wasnt the issue because it still had the same issue after, but why listen to me or call me to run by me what they were gonna do?! Its been a while since they did this to me and I still get so mad. I'm tired of crooked mechanics robbing people!

2nd time the church van was towed in for the same problem. This is the 2nd battery that's been replaced. They did a diagnostic test but couldn't find a reason both times what was draining the batteries? The battery was warranted so there wasn't any charge the 2nd time, except for the tow. I thought the tow amount was excessive but the church paid it. I gave them a name to call if they ever need a tow again.

HORRIBLE “service”. 2019 Silverado with transmission issues. Appointment for wed @ 10 and told them to only look at the transmission with no other services. Call at 4 that day asking for an update. They said the technician was just looking at it. Call again at 5:30 and was told the oil change was done but they weren’t sure about anything else. We didn’t ask or want the oil change but did it anyways. Thursday: call at 9 and was told the technician wasn’t even there yesterday even though it was already said they looked at it Wednesday. Thursday afternoon had to call again to ask for a status. Truck needs parts and they should be there that day and the truck will be ready Friday. Friday: called 3x throughout the day and each time was told the truck was being worked on at that time (only a 3-4 hr job). Had to go up to the shop to get any further answers. At the dealership we were told the technician hadn’t even started on it. They did not communicate the status of my truck - all info received we had to call and ask, total hold time was around 5 hours for Wednesday and Thursday, they sent our calls to voicemail and ignored them (I know this because I was on hold when we arrived at the service desk and a call was answered right away while my line was still blinking). Ended up taking my truck to have fixed somewhere else since we were told two days in a row it would be done the following day. We were told an appointment doesn’t do anything but say when to check your vehicle in. You still go back to the line no matter what. Once parts are ordered and come in - back of the. Ridiculous. Never coming here again. This is only for the service department. No issues with the sales team. Their receptionist, Norma, was more helpful than anyone else we talked to.

I made an appointment over the phone on Monday to bring my vehicle in to change ignition coils and service. The appointment was set for Thursday at 4 pm. I showed up at 3:45 pm to drop my vehicle off by 4 pm and the door to enter service did not open so I ended up setting there for 30 minutes for some to open the door. Once in the door, I was not greeted by anyone so I had to walk inside to find someone. I was finally greeted by a woman who said that she could help me. She took all of the information and verified my services. She even helped to get me a ride home even though they did not provide those services anymore. I did not get a call on Friday to check on my vehicle so I contacted the dealership and asked for the woman. She informed me that what I had brought the vehicle for was not the service that I need but instead a new battery. I told her that I would call right back because I was at work. I returned the call within 15 minutes and was unable to reach her and another person a male answered the phone and said that he would let her know and make a note to start services. I returned the call later in the day to see when I could pick up my vehicle and was informed that they had not started working on my vehicle and the tech had left for the day. So I received a call at 9 am on Saturday from the woman calling to ask permission to authorize to fix the battery. I informed her, yes and she said that he can take up to 3 to 4 hours to complete. I called back around noon to tell her I would just pick the vehicle up and she said that I could not because they had already started on it. So Ibcalled back at 4 pm to ask if I would have my vehicle today and another advisor answered and said that it will not be ready today and the tech had left for the day. It is a nightmare trying to get them to communicate anything and to get my vehicle. I still do not have my vehicle and I'm leaving to go out of town. The sad thing is that I have purchased 2 vehicles from them over the past years and I'm in the market to purchase a vehicle and because of this situation I will not use any of their services again whether it's to purchase a new car or to service my vehicles. So disappointed.

Took my 2007 Chevrolet Impala in for a recall a few months ago. The recall involved the ignition switch which is solved by fixing the keys. Service man took my keys which should have been the only things he dealt with but, while my keys were being done other service people were inspecting my entire car, tires, brakes, oil, transmission,etc. All without even telling or asking me. Then when everything was finished the service guy gave me my keys and a detailed report on my car. When I ask him where he got permission to do this he tells me, it’s just a service we provide. I explained That I was not happy with everything they did and he looked at me like a deer in headlights. If this is how the get their business for service it’s a pretty poor way of doing business. I have waited a few months to post this because I was so angry and disappointed with this service. I guarantee I will never return there for device nor even consider by any vehicle from this place.
