Chisholm was very nice but they didn’t do a very thorough fix of my car. They also left tools in my backseat which I had to make another trip over to the shop for.

Absolutely terrible communication. I wasn’t sure they would ever give the car back. It wasn't inconvenience, it was a month later than promised and when we came to pick it up we found parts being billed to geico that were not replaced (such as the entire exhaust system), terrible paint work that did not match color nor texture, parts not fitting together, and other issues. When brought to your attention I was initially told I just didn't understand the billing before getting to what was listed as replaced OEM tailpipe that was covered in soot and obviously original to the car. A week later we come to pick it up and have one of the ugliest and extremely visible welds between muffler and tailpipe likely ever made. I have rarely seen a weld that poorly done. The paint had not been fixed..it looked like it was hosed off and nothing more. The tailgate was not painted on the inside. When we again pointed out all of the problems we were offered a refund of our $1500 deductible just to get us to leave. It has been many months and that refund has never arrived!

I was so pleased with my experience here! Everyone I interacted with at this location was courteous and professional. They kept me updated via text with status reports. This was an insurance claim, and the enterprise Rent-A-Car is attached to their office, so it made the process so smooth and easy. I just picked up my car and it looks like a brand new car! They also washed the exterior and vacuumed the interior. I could not ask for a better experience from a body shop. Chelsea was especially impressive.

My experience at the business has been nothing but simple and stress free. The customer service and communication was excellent you couldn’t ask for a better place to take your car during this stressful situation of your car being damaged. Also very convenient to be n the same parking lot of a car rental place. Highly recommend!!!!!

Excellent service! Chisholm and John went out of their way to help me when I pulled into their lot with a blown out tire and body damage. Everyone working there was pleasant and communicative. Highly recommend this business.

My dad’s car had a weird problem and classic collision was able to fix it for us very quickly. The manager was great to work with and they had free candy.

It couldn't have gone more perfectly. A previous estimate, from a source I had fully trusted was outrageous. I only took it to Classic Collision because I found out it was covered and they worked more directly with my insurance. Their total was less than one quarter of the figure I had previously received from the other source! Yes, the repair worked fine and it's warrantied. They told me four days initially and had it done in three. It was so convenient to pick up a rental car by taking a few steps. Very cordial and respectful staff. That's how to operate a business.

After I got my vehicle my battery light came back on. They had already closed my case and did a horrible job not helping me getting the issues resolved and the cowards didn't call me back. So in the end I still have a non working vehicle. I recommend taking your vehicle anywhere else.

El peor servicio qué e tenido. La aseguranza Geico mando mi carro a esta empresa para que lo arreglaran después de un accidente en el cual la parte de atrás (bumper) se dañara. El día de ayer me llamaron para recoger mi carro y me encuentro con un bumerán arreglado pero mal pintado y por si fuera poco con la pintura de una de las puertas de mi carro toda dañada (cosa que no estaba así cuando deje el carro). Hablamos con el encargado y dijo que ellos no se hacían responsables, que ellos solo lavaron el carro con un power Wash y que la pintura se vino. Yo siempre paso mi carro por el car wash y jamas había pasado algo así. Solo arruinaron mi carro de otro lado y no se hicieron responsables del daño que ellos causaron. NO LLEVEN SU CARRO ESA COMPAÑIA no con serios, no aceptan responsabilidades y aparte las personas con las que hablamos fueron muy pero muy groseras queriendo decirnos qué el carro ya estaba así o que alguna reparación anterior causó el daño. Geico tampoco se responsabilizo y nos dijeron que eso era responsabilidad de este lugar.

I have been trying to get my refund due to me since 2/17/23. Hunter said it was two weeks. I waited a month no response. I call Hunter back and he said would put the request in again. I waited three more weeks then I went in to talk to John gave me the regional manager number. I called that number it went straight to voicemail with no response. I have used this company before this issue 3 times. They have changed management and I do not think they are honest company anymore. Beware!

John and Rudy deliver excellent service with great care for their customers. I brought my car in to get a shock replaced, and was immediately given a quote for a reasonable price. John called me for a time to come in and got my car repaired in a timely fashion. Highly recommend this location and John/Rudy in particular.

Una estrella es demasiada calificación para este taller. NO lleven su carro a este taller, lleve mi carro en noviembre del del 2022 porque me chocaron, fue un choque en la rueda del piloto y se tardaron mas de un mes para entregármelo, apenas me lo entregaron, prendí mi carro tenia muchos sonidos extraños y mi carro es un corolla 2022 con 18.000 millas, tuve que devolver el carro se tardaron una semana mas, lo vuelvo a buscar y mi carro continuaba con sonidos anormales y el encargado manejo el carro conmigo el cual se desarmo en plena via, volví a dejar el carro y el mismo continuaba igual, lo lleve a toyota y mi carro tenia la transmission partida, los ejes partidos y otras piezas malas, hasta el día de hoy mi carro sigue en el taller ya que ellos hicieron TODO ABSOLUTAMENTE MAL! Es el peor taller al que pueden llevar su carro, no solo me entregaron mal el carro que me pudo causar un accidente mortal, el trato que me dieron fue terrible. JAMAS LLEVE SU CARRO A ESTE TALLER JAMAS . Hasta una pieza de mi carro la pintaron de diferente color,ni la latonería la hacen bien. Es un taller poco profesional y ademas arriesga la vida de sus clientes entregando los carros con piezas partidas, ya que no tienen especialistas que sepan determinar los danos del carro.

I never got to speak with the contact who as monitoring repairs. I had no idea what was happening. Empty promises someone would call me back. I realized this company use to be known as AME collision. I will go somewhere else and where I will have better control of what is done or not. Poor communication was the big downside

My insurance agent referred me to Classic collision after a horrible customer experience at another collision company. These guys were a huge breath of fresh air, absolute night and day difference from the other company. If you have a choice I highly recommend Classic Collision! Their people understand excellent service, everyone I met was outstanding. Thank you for the great work too!

One of he worst customer service experiences I have ever had with car repair. The car had a few dings from hail damage and it took them over a month to repair. Additionally, each time they said they would call for an update they didn’t. I had to chase after them the whole time. Seek repair elsewhere.

TERRIBLE SERVICE I brought my 2017 Hyundai Elantra in after it was broken into (rear window broken and replacing some parts in the steering column after an attempted hotwiring). It took a full month and they charge me nearly $1500 and didn’t bother to mention that my rear indicator light was out (also the steering wheel clicks every time I turn it now). Throughout the process, I had to call them repeatedly for updates and for almost a week no one could tell me the status of my car, they kept saying that it was “awaiting assembly”. Never coming here again.

They told me about two weeks for repairs, was al.ost a month. Went to pick up my truck and showed them some stripping did not look right. They took it in back to repair, when the representative came back out, he informed me I could not take truck because they didn't put the nuts on that holds the bed of truck. If I didn't say anything about stripping around window, I could have lost the bed. Then I'm told they will pick up rental for this time, but have not heard back from them.
