I was in town for the PanAm games and worried about having to make a long drive home the next day because my car started making a horrible noise. It was already Friday afternoon and Moe took me in right away and fixed the problem. I was so grateful as my trip home was stress free! Loved the city of Cleveland! Jennifer

CLE Auto Service and its staff are absolutely incredible! I Had multiple issues with my car, they identified all the issues in a timely manner and had replaced/repaired everything for a very great price! All the staff had wonderful people skills and were very personable! Would highly recommend and will only ever come here in the future!

Never again… got work done on my hubs and was told “if anything is wrong with it bring it back we’ll fix it” brought it back cause my abs light came on and have had problems with it only to be told I’ll be charged again for what should be done on warranty since he told me nothing was wrong with the part when putting it on did no test to make sure my car was fixed after paying almost $400 for just labor for two hub bearings. Will never spend my money here again

CLE Auto service is wonderful! They helped me out last minute when I was struggling to get a repair done on my own, and saved me big time. Mo is a great and honest mechanic, and the pricing is very fair as well for a college student on a budget. I will continue to take my car there, and I highly recommend anyone in the Cleveland area looking for a mechanic to give Mo and CLE Auto Service a call!

I came to CLE Auto Service for 4 new tires on my SUV based on the positive Google reviews I read. I can say that I 100% agree with those reviews after my experience there, I highly recommend! Mo runs an honest business and made everything go very smoothly and with reasonable prices. I dropped my car off midmorning and he was able to get me my car back by the end of the workday. I would definitely go here again in the future.

CLE Auto Services is an absolute fantastic auto shop. I was having issues with my car starting and I found them on Google and decided to give them a chance. When I called, they told me to bring it in as soon as I could, and they got to work right away. The following day the shop kept me updated on what they were doing and finding with the car. I was thoroughly impressed that the shop was sending me videos of their findings so that I could understand as well as see it for myself. I was also very impressed that they were willing to do additional work when I inquired about it toward the end. Overall, the employees were extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful in this whole process. The shop was extremely fairly priced and made this a great experience. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced.

I arrived in Cleveland for a wedding over a holiday weekend with my car making an alarming screeching noise while coasting and braking. I was worried about my ability to get home to Chicago safely on Monday and it was already 4 pm on Saturday. CLE Auto Service was the only nearby place still open, so I called Mo. He had already let his guys go for the weekend after a slow day, but he hung back personally to wait for me. As soon as I arrived, he got my car on a lift, showed me that my issue was rusted front rotors, and assured me I was safe to drive as long as I had maintenance done soon. He rotated my tires because the front ones appeared worn and wasn’t even going to charge me for his time and effort. What can I say about Mo: he’s friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He showed kindness to a stranger in distress and I’m confident he does this type of thing routinely. I would take my vehicle here indefinitely if I lived in the area and I hope everyone who does supports this excellent business and business owner.

Mo & Cle Auto Service is incredible! Their customer service is impeccable. Always so honest and straight forward, no gimmicks and gets the job done perfectly time and time again! So I was friends with (Anthony claimed to be the owner of cleauto) and he convinced me that I should take my car(Subaru Impreza) to his shop to get fixed. Biggest mistake EVER. Not only did I get it back and still had issues I took it back a second time, and still had issues after that. I had to take it so Grizzly(shop that specializes in Subarus) to get it fixed and they were blown away at how badly everything was done. My car was in CLE auto(under Anthony) shop for a month and he still failed at his jobs. Oh! Also I talked to the guy at Grizzly and he let me know that all the “new” parts that got put in my car were off eBay and were extremely cheap!! I was overcharged. The total came out to about how much my car was worth. Extremely disappointing and WOULD NOT recommend going to him for any kind of car repairs.

We were from out of state visiting Cleveland when on the day we were leaving had a terrible flat tire. We came to CLE Auto Service and they were prompt to take care of our need. Moe was so nice, quick, and understood we were from out of town so he had our tire fixed in 30 minutes. So very appreciative for finding this place!!!

We were visiting from Toronto on a Saturday and got a flat as soon as we pulled into Cleveland. Not the ideal start to a trip. CLE Auto Service was prompt in answering our phone call and even stayed open later than they would have to get us in and get a quick flat repair done. Can't thank you enough for keeping us rolling.

We were traveling from Wisconsin to Cleveland this past week and found a piece of metal in our tire. After calling 2 other places with no luck, we contacted CLE and they understood our urgency and fear of being stranded without a vehicle. They were able to fit us in right away. Turned out the metal didnt pierce the tire and we were on our way. We really appreciate the honesty, urgency and great service we received.
