Genuinely disgusted in these individuals. Gave me a nasty attitude and didn’t like receiving one back. Took my car in, and was upset at the amount of work needed to be done. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Buyer beware. These guys regularly work on the sidewalk and in front of private driveways which means your vehicle might get TOWED or worse damaged by angry neighbors. They dump toxic fluids directly onto the sidewalk and street and their work spaces are constantly in violation. Buyer beware!!

Horrible experience and terrible customer service. Everyone is rude and have zero manners. I called in for a state inspection and they said they could do it anytime that day. Showed up ten minutes later and manager basically yelled at me and said they wouldn’t do it. Complete waste of time. Go elsewhere

Amazing! No gimmicks with these guys, no one's trying to swindle you out of thousand(s) dollars to make their days profits. Facts and only the facts here. Imagine going to 3 different places and receiving different reasons on what needs to repair, before you can get a new inspection sticker but coming here and being told everything is fine. I learned a diagnostic machine is plugged into your car to run diagnostics for issues. Other places eyeballing your car looking for problems when the machine will tell you if there is one

As a young woman with a used car, I often experience a lot of stress dealing with auto repair. It is hard to know whether or not I’m receiving fair service or being taken advantage of. Taking my car to shops is usually intimidating and uncomfortable. That being said, I could not have had a better experience with Ivan and George. Both of them were very kind and patient. They made me feel welcome in their shop and took wonderful care of my car. I’m moving to Philly, but can see myself driving back to NYC for regular service at their shop. That’s how sweet they are!!!

Sorry the owner is a great man but his Dominican mechanic and the Mexican ones are trash crooks I watch my car sit in the bay and was never lifted up ok then I told them I was going to seat in the waiting area I did that the 30 mins later my car was pulled out and the mechanic told me it couldn’t be fixed so I told George the mechanic never lifted my car up he believed the mechanic who ever gets the car fixed there keep your eyes on them especially if u bring in a city car those guys are know to keep the parts and charge the city agency for it Dcas really needs to take there contract from them I got proof it’s being done

Staff was friendly and quite nice, but I was overcharged for the NY state car inspection... there's a credit card fee if you use a credit card, so that's $38.50 instead of $37, and that is what it is. But to put on some wiper blades (that were already purchased from another store - I didn't buy them there), I got charged for that (I guess that would be considered labor), and 8.875% tax was added, too. Hmmm... I did some research afterward, and there shouldn't be any tax added on for NY state car inspections... So, was the tax for putting on the wiper blades? I don't know.... it seemed fishy... I'll go elsewhere next time...

This shop is a real New Yorker spot, a lil rough on the outside but hard working and genuine on the inside. They work fairly and efficiently and will do you good service. All other places near Dumbo and the hills gave me attitude when asking for same day inspection services — this shop told me to come after 1 pm and they’ll sort me out. Which they did. For basic services like inspection, they have prices on the wall and it is all fair priced. Can’t speak for the labor and other things. Expect to wait a little, but appreciate the fact that they’re running a business and have a lot of returning customers. Thank you George!
