I want to first point out how rude the woman that I spoke to was. She kept making smart remarks, maybe because I’m young, but that’s not professional. I was then charged extra for gas when I brought the gas back to where it was when I picked it up. The lady told me the uhaul tank was full, which led me to pay attention to the hand, and it was NOT full. Which means her information was incorrect from the get go. The picture where you cannot see outside the windshield is when I picked the uhaul up and the picture where you can see the windshield is after they moved in around and did whatever needed to be done to get it in that spot because I did not park it there. My mistake was not taking a picture of the hand when I dropped it off because I was so ready to leave and go home. They charged me for what is missing from full, even though it was NEVER full, and when I called to talk about it, all she had was the wrong information, AGAIN. Will not be going back. I was hoping to support again because it is obviously a black family owned business, but scams like this is why we cannot stay up together. DO BETTER!

I’ve been coming here for years. My son lives in Houston so I come to take our vehicles to get fix and inspected. Nice, honest and reasonable person. I appreciate everything.I love keeping my money within our community and also my budget. ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾

If I can give this place no stars I would, DO NOT rent u Hal from this location, first off Jim did not have a dolly that I clearly put on my order on line when I reserved my rental, so I had to end up buying one for 90$ that took my time up and then they charge 30$ for gas service fee plus 55$ for the gas when I had put gas in the truck. The man is rude and a thief, I wish I had never use this location for a u Hal rental. Don’t be the victim!!!

OUTSTANDING shop in Pearland - incredibly professional, high quality and super friendly service. They charge a fair price for a job very well done. We had a tow hitch installed, a handful of small repairs, oil filter change etc and when I picked up the car, I hardly recognized it because they had cleaned (detailed) it and gave it back in way better shape. Awesome awesome experience!!! Can’t recommend them enough!

I've been going to ClockWork for about 7-8 years now. Jeremey is a really good guy, which is why I continue to go there. From the outset, I could tell that he was an honest guy who wasn't taking advantage of customers simply because he could. I know enough about cars to ensure I'm not being taken, and he was very different from the high overhead, high priced folks down the street. He gave fair prices, tries to keep people around him that help improve his business and outcomes to his customers. Any issue I ever had, his response was always, bring it back and I will take care of it...and he always did. The one time i needed something done and he wasn't comfortable with that scope of work, he told me that, and rthen recommended a place for me to get that job done. If you want a fair, honest, good mechanic who can fix your issue, I would recommend the guy any day. My truck will be with him again next week for an oil change, shocks and breaks...it's that time for my oldie but goodie old school yukon.

Please do not take your Vehicle to this shop. We have 3 vehicle that is not running. First my he was to fix air condition. He open one side of vents. So all year long heat blowing when you use the air conditioner. That was my Chevy truck He worked on my Toyota what joke. My car was in the same spot that drove from date i drop it off. I drove by each day and notice it was still same spot. I pay him after he stated my car ready. My oil level low that was one of maintenance job that to be preformed. My engine was to be cleaned after he was to repair my head gaskets. Lol i will post a picture on Facebook. Lol at the job he did.
