Fake address !!!

Nov 05, 2022

Long review---I'm so sorry!!! When you call, the message says the calls are recorded... That's fine, better actually in this case. I called to see if someone could change my tire at my office, and the first person I spoke to (Jimmy) was very nice, thorough, and helpful. He told me it would be $325 TOTAL. I said ok and made the appointment. When I called to confirm a couple hours later, someone else answered--- John/Johnny, I believe--- and reconfirmed my address and that the price would be $325 and could pay cash or card. I said thanks and waited. The man came to change the tire and charged my card. FOR $344!?? He didn't say anything until he was finished and had already swiped my card. When I mentioned it, all he said was that it was a credit card fee. A $19 fee that was never disclosed??? I called right away. I spoke with Mike and this is where it gets AWFUL AND RIDICULOUS. I simply asked for the refund since I was never told about the "fee" and that they can listen to the TWO recorded phone calls. After being told no a couple times, I simply said that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company and get ALL of it reversed, or they could just refund the $19. He chose the latter. So, I started gathering basic info, ya know like company name and such. The website says Cloud 9 Mobile Tire Repair, the receipt says SC Tires and Roadside, and Mike says it's called 24 Tires and Roadside. And that he can't tell me the owner's name. After bringing all this to his attention, all of a sudden I'm told they'll waive the fees, but then Mike hangs up on me!!! I called back and he had the nerve to ask. "what do you want?!"? I can't believe this. I'm still going to dispute this charge, as I'm sure I won't get that $19 back. Be warned........
