🚨 Attention to anyone who may be interested, I have a 2018 Hyundai Sonata, after arriving with an alternator problem, they charged me $1,170 😬just to replace it. Incredible, but I'll leave you with the proof. Think carefully before coming to rent.

Clutch is very professional, and knowledgeable. They did the requested work plus an over all inspection ,and did not suggest any additional work that might need to be dune in the future. They finished the work in a timely manner and charged just what they had estimated. Very happy.

So today was my first @ clutch automotive. Let me just say wowwwwwwww!!!.. They did an Amazing job checking out my 🚗 and they offer rides if you need one getting home are to work 😁 Amazing!!!! If you're not in the mood for waiting on your 🚗 Wait!!!! That's not it they also offer you snacks / and soda 🍫🧃 while you wait. And I also got a Email with pictures of my car being done. Everyone was friendly and professional. The process from beginning to end was great which made the visit to Clutch a good experience. One concern is that I had also requested a state inspection when the apptointment was made online but when I arrived was advised that the inspection equipment was not available and I had to go elsewhere. I would like to have been made aware prior to my visit so I could gotten the inspection sooner. Thank you, Genny

I love Clutch Automotive! Everyone is incredibly friendly and truthful/transparent about what your car really needs. The mechanics take photos of the areas your car that require attention; a text is then sent to approve or decline services. It has been nice to find a place I can trust with my car and my money.

The money is worth paying to get repairs or maintenance done ..the shop is so clean and very well organized from the inside to the outside..I love that they provide transportation so you do not have to sit at the shop all day .. I will be bring my vehicles to this shop for life.

The shop seems well-kept with friendly staff. Good communication during the diagnostic and repair, the car was ready on time with little up-selling. I will likely trust Clutch again for the next repairs I cannot do myself.

This is the best repair experience I have ever had. Customer Service was beyond exceptional. Unlike any other shop that I went to before, deciding on clutch automotive, they did not try to upsell me and really were looking at what could best benefit me rather than them. They practice honest business practices, and it was very much appreciated!
