Ahmad answered the phone at 7:45a and checked to make sure the part I needed was in stock before I headed to the shop. The waiting area was clean and stocked and I was in and out in short order. Thank you Clutch, I'll be back!

They fixed my car previously, and now my Jeep was having starting problems.. they couldn’t recreate the problem and didn’t charge me.. then even dropped my vehicle off at my house. Super nice guys. Great auto shop!

Took the 2003 Grand Caravan to a garage close to my house. It would turn off at randon a couple of times every 40 miles. The garage replaced the only sensor that I didn't and called it good to go. It wasn't. It still cut off. I took it to Clutch Automotive. They replaced the computer (which the other garage said was good) and replaced the intake manifold gaskets. I already knew they were bad.These were a real pain in the butt to do. CLUTCH had me back up and running in just a few days. The other garage had the van for 3 weeks. It's been 2 months and close to 2,000 miles and my daughter says the van runs perfect. Ask for Ahmad and George. It will be fixed right the first time. THANK YOU GUYS!

Clutch has always provided excellent customer service and fair pricing. I've found them to be very honest folks that take care of you each time you visit. I had a large nail in my tire and ultimately, it needed to be replaced. I returned the next day with my tire pressure light on and they assessed my tire quickly and refilled the air. Just a few weeks later, my new tire was low again and I brought it in. They thoroughly examined and at first couldn't find the cause, but finally found the tiniest of screws. Clutch patched my tire up for free.

I was in a huge hurry. I had an appointment to trade in my car at a dealership and pick up a brand new car. While prepping my old car, I overfilled it with coolant and froze the ac system and had 2 hours to make it my appointment. It was 4 pm. I ran into Clutch explained the situation and they had me back on the road to the dealership in about 40 minutes with a working ac. Amazing customer service and quality.

I would highly recommend Clutch Automotive. Great service, fair pricing and they did a great job keeping us informed on the progress of the work. Shout out to Ahmad and Ashley! Clean shop, professional and friendly staff, great location on Shepherd, easy to get to. We are repeat customers, (they have worked on 3 cars for us) and will continue to be. Can’t say enough about Clutch!. 🙂

Don’t get me wrong, the personnel for Clutch Automotive are very kind and understanding. That’s still I’m having issues with new engine I purchased. This will be the fourth time I’ve had to bring it back for issues. I’m praying that it can be resolved.
