Had to get new tire for flat per them. Took several days and never called to say it was ready! Call on 12-22 said it was ready but didn't mention they would be closing early! Went to their shop and it was closed! All i would say is they are inconsiderate and rude, not much on customer service!!

Horrible. Don't do it. I spent almost $400 on getting a new tire from them and then getting it put on... $400???!!! The best part is Mike didn't even put my spare tire back on my car!! He put it in my trunk!!!! Mind blowing horrendous customer service. I won't go here ever again for anything. I will tell my friends n family n strangers not to go here. On top of it all, Mike was extremely rude, condescending and sarcastic from beginning to end of our interaction. A very disappointing experience.

Mike did the brake job in the front, after only a few days it started squeaking, I think Mike did a rush job because after I googled steps mechanics skip to make an extra buck, Im looking and the rotors and they look glazed meaning shiny(thats a bad thing it affects rotor damage and stopping power) meaning he didnt take the time to evenly sand them,which also means he probably didnt take the caliper pins out to degrease and regrease, and probably didnt change the clips to the brake pads. They scheduled my revisit a whole week out but I have a warranty and spent well over $300 so I want it my brakes done right! Im furious every stop I make I hear a squeak!!! I would not recommend this place to black people because they did not fix the brakes and they kept making excuses not to do right by the warranty

Took car to get headlight bulb replaced that was out. Replaced both for $95. When the job was not done properly Mike asked it be dropped off again to check. Upon speaking to him he had not contacted us to talk about an issue with one headlight he just 'made it work ' upon calling him he said he struggled with it and got it to work on the driver's side but he doesnt test drive things that work. on our first drive it didn't work . Of course he offered to look at it but told me it had a bad socket and that part was $ 80+ Felt like a fish on the hook with a back alley mechanic. Come on.... I fixed it myself replacing the whole headlight assembly with new OEM for $72.50 and I'm a girl. MIKE IS A LIAR AND WILL RIP YOU OFF. He told hubby it was a loose wire. All of this after we paid for the failed repair attempt so 2 different stories over replacing one headlight bulb but failing to make it work right. It's fixed correctly now Mike for much less money than your part. People BEWARE
