Came to this location because it’s closest to my home for a basic wash and left feeling like my car was barely any cleaner than when I came. There was dirt/dust dried on the exterior of my car as if the person wiping it down missed a huge spot, and the inside was barely vacuumed. I keep the inside of my car relatively clutter free except the occasional small pieces of paper trash left by others - that were still in my car when I left, which tells me they did a poor vacuum job. I had to stop at a trash can on my way out and discard the small pieces of trash they missed. My cupholders still have small particles of crumbs in them so I will need to vacuum myself. I have vouchers for more basic washes that I purchased a while back so will return to cobblestone but not this location.

Got the “premium” wash. The outside was ok, still bug guts on the windshield, dirt on the floorboards, dust on the dash still, hair on floor. When I was getting in the car I found a fake spider in the floorboard and when I handed it back to the “quality control” guy he snickered and said oh that was left in there! Then when I arrived home and went to check my mail, I discovered my mailbox key was missing from my console! I called the store to request a refund and was told a manager would call me back, 22 hours later and still no call Overall a wast of $40! I will never be back

Was there for my veterans day oil change and car wash i was extremely pleased they were the greatest group of people I have delt with there attention to detail with my car made me feel at ease thank you this location is on signal butte east mesa I will go there for all my service needs

Well, it's been a productive and inexpensive day today. Since I'm a veteran, Cobblestone did my oil change and car wash for a total of $5.00! Thanks to those working hard today and giving a Veteran a break!

Do NOT go here. I’ll go so far as say that it’s primarily this particular location, because I’ve been to MANY Cobblestone Car washes and been happy… but THIS one is absolute trash. I paid $40 for the “platinum” wash, and ended up washing the damn car myself anyway. They didn’t vacuum, they didn’t wipe anything in my interior down. All they did was put tire shine on. I stood there and watched them do absolutely nothing. THEN, the “quality control” person had the nerve to actually ASK me for a tip. I explained to him that I watched them do nothing in my car and he copped an attitude. I got into my car and had to still go to the self-serve area and vacuum myself, and wipe everything down myself. There were water spots and water everywhere. I highly suggest you use literally any other car wash or at least a different Cobblestone. These guys are lazy and just want your money.

Horrible job, my car was still dirty and streaked, didn’t even remove floor mats when they vacuumed or wiped down the interior. Talked to supervisor and was told, if I want a better job it needed to go to the detail shop. Will never use them again.

I cannot believe this is what I paid for. So long story short I decided to make an attempt to clean my friend's car which I am borrowing for a week but realized I need professional help. Brody helped me out with the best possible cleaning under a budget. So we came up with leather treatment and carpet cleaning and shampooing for a discounted $154. It was closer to closing time so I am assuming the boys got lazy because I literally watched this car being unattended for 20 minutes. All they did was shampoo the four rugs no vacuuming of any kind. The only vacuuming that car got was the attempt I did on it. When I tried to call them when I left to let them know what I saw when I got home they never returned my call. So I went this morning to speak to manager to rectify the situation but all I got is a manager with a 101 excuses why it looks the way it does. I asked him to compensate me for the work that was not done ans I would be happy. We agreed on half but after further reviewing their work I am beyond displeased. I have two cars I pay for memberships with this company and I am highly considering canceling them because this was unacceptable. The manager you handles the store part was way more sympathetic and understanding than the male manager I spoke to.

My car was finished. When I asked where my key fan was no one could find it. Was found 3 rows over from the one my car was in . Pulled away and water comes pouring out of my side view mirrors. Went over to the self service and sprayed with the air hose my mirrors. The back and front of my car was also left with water present. I paid for the platinum wash , feel like I got silver at best .

My rear window wasn’t dried and cleaned with glass cleaner! My cup holder wasn’t cleaned out. This is the second time that my vehicle wasn’t thoroughly cleaned.

Paid for deluxe wash and #1 car was ready to quickly. Still had dirt and spots on body everywhere. I actually borrowed a towel and wiped them off. Also didn't wash back window on the inside. And didn't put in vanilla scent air freshener. I feel ripped off and will never go there again. Shifty car wash cost me almost $30.

Went in to update payment and get my car washed, The attendant was more interested in his phone than helping customers, very rude, the Manager was worse, after finally getting it washed, such a lousy job I had to go wash it again, I'm calling the corporate office in the morning. DONT USE THIS LOCATION

Bought the platinum full service to give them a try as this is the first time for me here. I was a little disappointed with the lack of diligence with cleaning the both the exterior and interior. I have an SUV and they didn't even open the rear door to vacuum or wipe it down. I had to open it myself to present them with opportunity to clean. In less than 6 minutes of slow minimum effort, it's not possible to do a full service. I guess I was spoiled by "full service" car washing in Nevada. I was expecting the same here.

Don’t pay for a quick wash if you want a clean car. For a wash that should remove dirt and bugs let me tell you that’s a lie. My car honestly wasn’t very clean. I had to still scrub bugs off the car and my window was all spotty also( not like water spots but like leftover residue) I had to go to a different place to get a better wash. I won’t be going back there

Got my truck washed on 9/22/24 Monday and they did a sub par job. The next day I noticed a few things missing out of my truck. I will not be back and recommend others making sure before you leave that all of your belongings are where you left them.

I always have the best experience at this location. The employees are kind, honest, friendly and knowledgable. I leave every visit with a full understanding of the services I’ve purchased and why they are important to preserving the quality of my vehicle. The customer service ROCKS! Cherie was so patient, kind and informative. 100/10 recommend Cobblestone for more than just an excellent wash and experience.

Paid $40.00 for the premium wash. I barely sat down and they were done. Window had spots, car had spots. My wheel cover flew off in the tunnel and they didn't even know. I had to go back and get it. I could of done a better job myself. Just was waste of money and time. Don't recommend that place at all. Rip off

So i decided to give this place a second chance 🤦🏽‍♀️ I paid for the diamond package was told that everything inside and out would be cleaned, well it wasn’t. The outside is still a little dirty they barely touched the inside, I had to ask the guy to clean my car more. Didn’t even put the car smell in it. My 13 year old can clean my car a million times better! I want my money back!!!!! You rip off clowns 🤡

Aug 31st 2024 Update: Nothing has changed; still received the same level of poor service at the beginning and the end of the wash. Still had to have them properly wipe down the truck, this time the wheels. Left my truck to dry in the sun before drying it with their towels, left the dashboard untouched, had to re-vacuum the driver area myself. Only positive was cashierJoey, the rest of my experience was a huge diassapointment yet again, even after 3yrs since my first review. Never again Cobblestone. 3yrs ago: General Manager Gustavo needs to tighten his ship, spend time training your crew on how to provide top-tier service regardless of whatever service your customer pays for, especially if a customer pays for the top level wash. Incoming car wash customer service reps need to listen to customer concerns/requests and provide solutions versus arguing with them in front of their peers and other customers. I asked for them to do a good job, but got sub-par service and treatment. Manager Gustavo even had the tenacity to advise me that I had to finish the wash myself, after asking him and his crew to properly wipe down the passenger side and rear of my truck with a damp towel after the wash cycle (without exaggerating it took me literally less than 2min to finish it myself at the self-serve station using their own blue damp towels), Gustavo told me he would charge me up to $80 extra to have his crew provide the wipe down I was asking for. Only positive experience from my visit was the service provided by the cashiers inside the lobby Date of my visit: Saturday May 1st, 2021 at 12:45pm-1:55pm

I've got the monthly subscription. I'd say it's worth if you get your car washed once a week. They vacuum and dry your car. Or you could just go through the wash if you'd like. There's free vacuums and towels to touch up the inside. I love there's locations all over the valley.

The customer service was beyond great, Anthony went out of his way to make sure I received all my reward points he even showed me points that I wasn’t aware of, that goes to show that it’s not just about the bottom line but it’s about customer satisfaction, great job guys keep hiring people like Anthony and you will forever be successful!!!

This review is for Cobblestone’s Signal Butte and Baseline location in Mesa. Eric Hutchins - Oil Lube Manager - and his crew - namely Cherie - are AMAZING! Had a weird noise in my 2021 Tundra after I rinsed off my engine and Eric went above and beyond to explain to me what the probable cause was along with doing several diagnostic checks which found that my battery was bad and just about to die! He educated me on the best batteries to use in my Tundra and the install price for an Interstate Battery at Cobblestone was less inexpensive than anyone else! I also had them perform a full service oil change which they gave me a coupon for and saved me quite a bit of $Money$. When he did the oil change Eric’s attention to detail along with his quality work ethic helped him discover that incorrect skid plate bolts had been installed during a previous oil change done by a different company. Eric really impressed me with his quality of service along with going the extra mile to do things right the first time and will keep me going back to see Eric and his crew for all my vehicle maintenance needs.

Caveat emptor...buyer beware. My elderly mother was told a gasket on her Turbo was leaking after an oil change as shown on Cobblestone's invoice, below. She was sent to a local auto repair shop. Fortunately, my brother went with her. They would not do anything at the referred shop when they saw my brother. He then took her car to a Ford dealer who indicated there was absolutely nothing wrong with the Turbo. See attached invoices. And in response to the owner, there has never been a drop of oil anywhere on the driveway or garage floor. I did contact management. Never got a response. I wouldn't trust this shop to do any service, for the previous mentioned reasons.

Horrible customer service from the condescending worker at the front desk. He put a car wash sticker in my car in a spot I didn't want and he said I have 2 choices and I told him i don't like those spots and he said we'll the guy in the next car has it in that spot. Ummm don't care what he does. I don't like it and he said under his breathe but loud enough for me hear" you don't have to be rude" listen dude you came at me with what you did first. No excuses! I canceled my membership and won't be back.

I paid $120 to get an interior detail on my car…this is pathetic. What a waste of money and time. Didn’t even vacuum the car or wipe it down good. Do not go to this location if you want to actual get your moneys worth out of it. There’s even water next to my shifter. I also asked for air freshener and they didn’t even spray the scent in my car.

I’ve been coming to this wash for quite a while and never had anything but a good experience. Although I wish the wash menu was still visible, the washes I’ve gotten have always been thorough and beyond expectations! Brody has helped me a few times and has always been great!

Great car wash!
