When we had a noise problem of muffler part, we visited here. Even though the season was very busy, their mechanics quickly figured out what the problem is. The owner explained us very kindly and honestly the solution with his sketch that describe the exact problem part. The office staff was also very kind. We feel this place a kind of family doctor for our car. Strongly recommend!

I take all my car concerns here. Great staff. I had an emergency on 3-5-24 and even though they were short staffed they finished the repair repair the same day. Great job!

Would 100% recommend! Steve is unlike any other mechanic I have ever visited. Went above and beyond to give me helpful information and quickly helped resolve my issue. He also followed up with me over the phone exactly like he said he would! The only place in Cincinnati I will be taking my car from now on.

Can’t say enough about this place. After having 2 disastrous experiences and misdiagnosis with a couple other garages these guys were really knowledgeable and were even able to tell me what the other mechanics did wrong.Who knew front axle transmission seals could be so tricky! They looked at my car on the day they said they would and fixed it in the time frame I was told. On top of that they took care of a couple other minor things (adding air to my tires, unlocking my locked radio, getting my keyless locks to work) without charging me extra. I will for sure be going back to these guys for any future auto repairs. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I've known Steve for many years and when I took my car in, he was very quick to tell me what the problem was and that they could fix it that afternoon. Very professional and his shop is very clean!

Our car was having issues, but every shop we took it to was basically telling us that nothing was wrong. We brought it here and they called the same day with a diagnosis and a solution. They priced the work reasonably and fixed the issue that had been ongoing for about a year! We’ll definitely be coming back here.

I’m not someone who writes reviews but I felt compelled to write one for Cobb’s! Hands down the only place I will take my car. I’ve taken two different cars for all maintenance over a few years and have only had great experiences. Really helpful, honest and do a great job!

I had an unexpected brake failure and they made the repairs in a timely fashion. After taking my cars there on a handful of occasions, I am convinced that I am not going anywhere else. The owner and all the employees that I interacted with are top notch professionals and have handled every experience with honesty and integrity. What more can you ask for in a car shop when I know nothing about cars.

I have been taking my car to Cobb’s for the past few years. When my old boss recommended them to me, I was hesitant because they drive far nicer and newer cars than I do. I’m a broke college student with zero knowledge of cars and drive an ancient Prius. I assumed they would either be way out of my price range, treat me differently because of the car I drive, or not work on hybrids. However, Cobb’s is excellent for any car, and they treat every customer equally! They are incredibly professional, do fantastic work, are competitively priced, and always explain things without making you feel uncomfortable or silly for asking questions. If you’re a woman, you know how rare this is with mechanics! Most importantly I trust that they will always be honest with me and never try to upsell me, etc. Whenever I need work done, I’m shocked at how reasonable they are and don’t bother to get a second opinion or quote anywhere else. Most recently, I had theft issues that required insurance involvement. As far as insurance claims go, it was pretty much seamless. I know it seems silly to rave so much about a mechanic, but I’ve had so many awful experiences in the past that I am beyond grateful to have found them! I can’t say enough fantastic things about Cobb’s!

Steve Cobb and everyone did an amazing job with my car. They were very thorough, did excellent work, worked quickly without cutting corners, and the cost of repairs was more than reasonable. I will definitely be a returning customer. I can drive my car with confidence knowing that its been thoroughly checked over and fixed up. I cannot recommend them enough!

Steve went way above and beyond my expectations. He took the time to explain in detail what was wrong with my car and what would have to be done to get it running properly. He was also able to keep the cost well below what I was expecting to pay. I will definitely recommend Cobb's Car Care and will be a return customer when my other vehicle requires repairs.
