Good at changing tires. Terrible at fixing engines. I dropped a valve in my engine. Left it with them early August. I was quoted a price and agreed to pay. I paid all up front. Only line of communication was with me contacting them and physically pulling up to their location. When my car was done it had been sitting and they wouldn’t release the car because they said that I needed to pay for additional parts which they did not disclose with me about until time of pickup. I didn’t get my car back until late September! Even then, my exhaust was hanging, my radio did not work, they over torqued a spark plug and because of this they drilled it out and sleeved the new spark plug which at this very moment is causing my car to misfire, looking at the statement of their work they over charged for things i.e. the charge for motor oil $115. That price would add up to 10 qts and they only put half in the engine, they claimed to change my air filter which was $66 but the original filter is on my intake. I have miscellaneous fees like $50 for shop supply fees. The amount they stated I needed to pay to get my car back was $880 but the rocker arms on the statement is 167.12 and another for 472.00. Lesson learned!!! Don’t trust tire shops with engine work!!!

Brought in my frontier to help solve a tire debochal. I was originally quoted almost 600 for a tire and "broken" sensor by abc nissan. Cobra took care of me. I brought in a new tire and they were able to get two tires mounted and fix my "broken" sensor. Great customer service and extremely reasonable prices. Will be back.

I have used them without issues for years, but after my last visit I won't be back. I would beware of their diagnostic skills. I paid over 2000 in repairs only to have the same overheating issue on my car appear after they told me "it was good to drive" only to have the car overheat and blow the head end on my vehicle 45 minutes later. The Owner of the shop won't take responsibility and now I am looking for a new vehicle.

The picture looks nothing like the actual appearance. I pulled in because there was absolutely no parking outside the bay area. I had to carefully do a multitude of turns to get out of their little available space in front of the garage bays. I ended up just leaving. I'm sure they probably have great service, but they were simply too busy. Update to previous review. I want to upgrade the rating based on Cobras reply. Thanks for understanding.

Kurt and his team did great job recharging the AC system on my 2013 Silverado work truck. It literally froze me driving home after their service. Kurt and his team are highly skilled to work on all makes and models. Do not hesitate to give them a call to keep you car or truck in optimal driving conditions

Beware!!!!!! Took my car for a new tire ( because of a nail) and breaks ( squeaking). I bought a coupon on Groupon for the breaks. They kept the car all day. Finally had to call to see if it was done because it was getting close to closing. When on the phone, asked about the breaks and they acted surprised then told us the break Squeak was from sand. Then they told us we had a nail in the tire and we were like , we know… that’s why we brought it to you for a new tire. I noticed that day that the tires were all the same brand and the “new” one didn’t look new. Then realized the nail was still in the tire. Called them, the guy was rude and kept cutting me off. He eventually hung up on me. My husband called back and he hung up on him also. So we went up there and they say they can’t find us in the system. I have to show bank record to prove the payment. Then he goes and talks to the manager who says he mailed a check on Friday. My husband asks how on Friday if we didn’t call y’all until Saturday. My husband ask why can’t she get it back on her card. The manager comes out and say he mailed it on Saturday. My husband asked what address and he says the one in the system. I ask how if y’all say we aren’t in there. There is No record we were ever there!! Then he proceeds to tell me “to leave, go outside or something cause we can just end this now!” I go outside very mad and a few minutes later my husband comes outside with cash. If you mailed a check why give me cash??? This was after they took several pictures of the card. I asked why are you taking pictures. The guy says so we can look you up in the system. Something is wrong and going on at this company!

Tried these guys out with a minor issue on my truck's aftermarket tires/wheels and had a great experience. Personalized care and service. I plan to use them instead of the dealer in the future. Highly recommend.

Whatever you do, do not buy an offer on Groupon for this business took me a week and half just to get an appointment for a oil change then when I get there , They tell my systems are down !! Which is ridiculous because I already paid for my Groupon voucher , so what systems do you need for a simple oil change and tire rotation!? They over booked and had cars all in bays with no where to park !! No systems were down they just did not have anyone to work on my car because they over booked !! I was told come back Wednesday or go down the street to the drive through oil change place which is five minutes away !! Horrible service, I guess you get what you pay for on Groupon !! Won’t be back and will not recommend this establishment to anyone else !! Be careful buying on Groupon it’s not worth it !!

THE WORST SERVICE. I dropped my car off at 9am (as I made an appointment the week prior) and asked for the Groupon brake special. I call back at 1pm…they were just telling me THEN that it was going to be an additional $400 for new rotors (which I don’t need cause I just got a brake inspection at my dealership a week ago). They wasted my day and have horrible customer service. PLEASE get your brakes inspected somewhere else first if you decide to purchase the Groupon.

It was a great experience working with cobra tires. The mechanic did an amazing job. I think his name was Abraham. They were fast reliable, quick and easy. Would definitely go back.

I’ve taken my car here for years! I’ve always had a fine experience, and they’ve been fair with prices. Recently my car wasn’t starting, and I took it to them to check on the battery they installed. They couldn’t find the problem, so I had to have it towed to the dealership. Turns out, Cobra had installed my auxiliary battery with sheet metal screws, costing me over $500 in battery replacements, towing, and labor at the dealership. I called and told them what had happened, and Kurt made sure to reimburse me for the costs. Mistakes happen, and they absolutely made the effort to make things right. I can only say good things about Kurt and Dustin. They have always been kind and informative. I’ve always taken my car here because it’s hard to find someone you trust.

Phoenix Location: Anthony and the team were great! In the past so many shops have scammed me or tried to milk everything… Going to a new shop is always like a roll of the dice, especially when they are a bit of a drive to get to. Cobra went above and beyond!! They did the alignment & rotation(Groupon) & worked with my warranty to fix what was causing engine light to be on. I will definitely use them again, if I find myself in auto work!

I called to ask about pricing for a catalytic converter And I don’t know if my research is wrong but they wanted to charge me $2300 for one catalytic converter that does not include labor which from my knowledge I just feel like the pricing at this shop is a joke .am I wrong or is 2300 dollars way to much for apart for a 2006 Nissan

I took my truck in for some front end work and these guys noticed a few things I hadn’t and got it all replaced in the same visit. Happy to know Kurt and his guys make sure their customers are safe on the road and took the time to share their knowledge and expertise. Highly recommend this team over a big corporate repair shop.

Took my car in to get my brakes done at 8am. I told them both front end and back end needed to be replaced (I had already had an inspection at another shop). I saw they were running a special on brake services so decided to try them and I read the reviews so I thought this place was safe, but it turned out not to be. When I dropped off the car I told them what needed to be done and they said they do an inspection and they’ll call after to discuss what I need done. I waited all day no one ever called me. I finally called at 4pm and they said I needed both the front and back brakes done and new rotors. I told them to do so. Didn’t get my car back until the next day when I called again the next afternoon and told them I needed to pick it up. Well it’s been about two weeks and I just found out they never did the back breaks. I’ll never use this shop again due to lack of trustworthiness and professionalism.
