I brought my car for a recall and after that the air conditioning is making a noise. I work from home and have not moved. Bring it back and the first thing that comes out of the worker is they worked on the back not in the front. Do you think I will trust this place ever nope. I left since from the get go he is stating that technically happened somewhere else. And started making the noise after I declined extra items my car needed when I brought for the recall

The communication is not good. I was not checking my phone, I was seating for 2 hours before the service on my car started You would think that if they see no action on the customer side someone would come out and say something. My appointment was at 9, came in a few mnts early it's now 12:10 Also the upsale is is another issue

No communication $149 to $159 to $169 now to $199 for just transmission oil change, first time going here I take it somewhere else but way too far it. First I call to get a quote for a transmission oil change was told $145 something i also asked about the transmission filter not a lot of people knows about it but the lady told me it’s about $50 extra I was okay let me call later to schedule it. Next day I call now the price change to $159 total I was okay w.e. I asked the lady if they can check if they have the part of the transmission filter 25430-PLR-003 Filter (ATf) is something not a lot of shops has it in stock I want to make sure the lady on the phone said she will send a message to Nataly to give me a call about it, I also asked if how much will be doing a timing belt service (engine) lady said that a service advisor will inform me, I asked the lady can I speak to the advisor directly was told was busy but will get a call soon. I didn’t get no call, the next day I called maybe 45 mins before they closed no one picked up. 3 times I called. Today I came in for it, the price changed now $169 for it Didn’t have to part, Nataly was confused and surprised that lady on the phone gave a different price and has never gotten an email to call me about it and that I was told that the advisors were too busy to talk. w.e I’m still do it since I just want it done, go inside I noticed the call service desk is right next to the advisors since the place is under construction, Nataly now tells me it’s $199 now fuc that I’m not doing it. place has no communication idk if price gouging. I’m going back to the other Honda center never at this place. Waste of my time, yup that was quick posting the review. You can also see why someone will be upset getting told different prices, you too will be pissed if told something.

Cuando estés en el lugar asegúrate que te coloquen bien los repuestos , me hicieron el cambio de aceite y no me instalaron bien el guarda polvo del motor, y por lo que tengo entendido son estudiantes los que te hacen el servicio y eso deja mucho que desear 🤨

Went in for an oil change .they did an inspection and now my A/C isn't working.. just a heads up go somewhere else . Its not worth it at all..they are so sloppy .

I was a little concerned at the beginning. But I was surprised how great service they provided and especially my service advisor Gustavo great guy. Great personality, great help. I give 5 stars such a Michelin service.

Needed to get my car serviced. Needed my 105000 thousand mile check up. Needed my timing belt and water pump replaced. A good price. And my sensoring and eye went bad. Now that was expensive.
