Do not purchase the alignment deal on groupon for this location you can set an appointment time, they do not allow you to set an appointment it is at the whim of when the service tech is in that you might be able to get in . I do not have hours to wait on getting this done having a full time job.

One of the guys at the shop lied to me about the cost and process of programming a ECU. He quoted me $400. Just to connect the ecu to a scanner and update the VIN and OBD. Then he said he would have to program my key. Straight up lied!

Update 10/14: it's now been almost a year since I have been going here. Still tip quality work. I have friends who drive up from Houston and drive down from Oklahoma to get work done here. They are quick, detail oriented and thorough. Vehicles serviced here by my friends or myself: 2011 Audi A4, 2021 VW Atlas, 2018 Audi A6, 1970 VW Beetle, 2008 Lexus RX400h, 2017 Kia Sedona, 2018 Hyundai Elantra, 2019 VW Jetta. Still a very happy customer. Got a Groupon for service so I went in there. Manager and staff were real good and showed me the fine print on the Groupon which stated that I still needed to pay extra which saved me a whopping $2 on the oil change. They were kind enough to waive the other charge and did explain how the fine print works. Their honestly has made me stick to them for my vehicle service needs.

Came in for an alignment. Purchased the voucher through Groupon. When I drove off after the service was allegedly finished, I noticed my car was still drifting to one side. I went back and asked them for the print out the alignment report. Every shop is supposed give you a print out after the service is done. They did not. They claimed their printer was “out of ink”. They told me they would take a look at it. 30 mins pass by and they haven’t touched my car. I walk around the shop trying to find someone to talk to but they all seem to avoid me. I finally wave someone down and they tell me to come back the next day and they will “take care of me”. I went to another shop to get the alignment corrected and after seeing the measurements from their alignment report, realized there was no trace of a prior alignment done. I was scammed. They are deceitful and dishonest people. Will never come back to Coit Auto Repair.

Closed on Sundays but answered my call and repaired my jeep. Called me on the way to check and make sure I was okay. That means ALOT!!! Updating due to having to take my jeep in constantly but my last visit was not good. I drove there because my jeep stalled a couple of times driving on the highway and my check engine light came on. They said it was a gasket and was going to be $900 to fix because they had to lift the engine and it was gonna take 10 hours. I left it there and got a rental the next day. They called to say it was ready at 3:38 PM. I dropped off my rental and was dropped off there to be told the jeep was being test driven. I waited 2 1/2 hours and my jeep was still not back after repeatedly asking them where my jeep was they kept telling me he’s right down the road, which he never was, and would never give me a straight answer, when he finally returned at closing, I was told that it was not the gasket but something else and charged me $588 and my receipt shows that they only did a oil flush. Will not ever go back. While I was waiting, I overheard one of the customers complaining about them doing an oil flush on their car when they just had their oil changed a couple weeks prior.

May 2022. I went to make my AC check and tune-up before the summer arrived, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Raphael and his crew are so professional. They gave me the options for my AC. The results were excellent when it was 95°F outside in my car, which is 42-44 °F. I want to thank everyone at SpeeDee for their fantastic job. The bottom line is that I enjoyed coffee and watched TV in their waiting room while waiting. Attached is a video of my car performance (yes, I put a thermometer to prove it) Updated on July 2024: The AC is still super cold. Summers in Texas are typically 105 to 110°F, while I still enjoy 42 to 44°F in my car.

Hassan and staff are great!!! Came to me and replaced starter in no time. Incredibly honest and helpful explaining everything going on with my car and extremely reasonable!! This place is the best!

No one's ever happy about having to take their car in, but these guys are at least straight shooters when it comers to repairs and service. Hassan runs a good shop with great service. You don't get the impression he's bsing you to just to make a sale or get you to fix things that you don't really need to fix. He's worked on my car multiple times now-- even polishing up a repair for me free of charge-- and explained to me lots of things about properly maintaining my vehicle in the future. I don't think he's doing this to make money off me-- the guy just knows about cars and cares about cars. Maybe the most important thing is that these guys are much cheaper than the other two auto shops close by. Good service, straight shooters, and cheaper prices. This'll be my go-to auto shop for as long as I'm in Dallas.

Scammed me, I paid for a service ahead of time for them to refuse service and refused to refund me. The “manager” also refused to call his higher up or give us their name and number. DONT COME HERE AT ALL COST.

There are some hustlers for sure . Tell you what you want to hear . Sounds good I'm sure to some . But you gotta show me and that unfortunately is where this place comes short.Talks big n makes promises they don't hold true too . To be honest not impressed not even a little bit . Needless to say there plenty of places alot better than here .

First time using this shop. They were quick (had control arm bushings, brakes, alignment and oil change done) in a day. Very affordable, great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back to them for tires and repairs!

Avoid this place at all cost. They use Groupon coupons to attract new customers but never deliver the service. I bought an alignment and they said they accept Groupon customers only on Tuesdays. I came back on Tuesday and they told me their alignment machine is down. This business is run by unprofessional staff. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The best part about this shop is that they actually care about their customers. They are polite, professional and make you feel like family. They are not just trying to take your money but actually solve your vehicle issues. I am so Grateful for Hassan and his team.

The team here is just the best! I’ve taken both my cars to this shop and they’ve always done outstanding jobs. Just finished doing a full engine replacement on my 2013 Subaru WRX, Hassan and his team provided me with updates, solutions and great transparency and workmanship the whole time. Would HIGHLY recommend their shop for any mechanical work!!

Today I had a bad experience at this place. I got this place through a Groupon deal to do my oil change. I decided to give myself the opportunity to try a new place and what a mistake! The place was quite dirty and poorly maintained. The workers there don't know how to make you spend more, they wanted to change anything to my car so they could charge me more. When I left they told me that I had to pay $15 more when I had already paid everything through the Groupon app, they told me that I had to pay it, because it was an extra fee without further explanation. My only option was to pay them, so what's the offer? If I am supposed to be using a coupon to save $20 and they are charging me $15 as an “extra fee”. Really don't come back to this place. If you are thinking of coming here please don't. I already have experience that it is more worth paying $20 in a place where they are honest and know how to do their job
