Store Manager, Aaron worked on my car, again. I had gone on a road trip out of town. Upon returning, my vehicle started smoking, I lost heat, and was very nervous. The Store Manager, Aaron, easily found the issue, repaired it, and also changed the oil! I am so grateful to know that he takes the time to reassure me that everything is safe and reliable. Thank you to Aaron!

I was looking around trying to find a good fast place to do my vehicle and couldn't find a quicker place came here very professional people that get the job done give you discounts do all they can do your vehicle is safe after dropping it off got done in a few hours more than likely would've not got better deal my vehicle drive New again beautiful thank you all in the store manager Aaron thank you so much for everything and also assistant manager so professional and very caring Aaron you have the right one for the job I am very happy so yeah this place and get you in and out fast ❤️

Aaron and his staff at Cole’s Muffler on Lake Avenue could not have been more professional, accommodating or nicer. Their waiting room is comfortable and their work is great. I highly recommend using them!

Last night I went to Mavis Tire in Webster Ny and one close to Carter road. Neither one could figure out how to air up F-350 dual rear outer tire. Ended up at Cole Muffler. Aaron service Manager apologized for what I was going through and had his girl employee take tire off check for nails none found. And air up put back on truck. Thank you Cole muffler and employees for taking care of me.

Great staff and great pricing! Got my tires mounted and balanced as well as my wheel alignment done. Staff was very helpful and did all the work an hour before closing when most shops wouldn’t. Will definitely be coming back

Hard working employees when manager is on top of things. I came here with aftermarket muffler for them to install. Two weeks later I’m driving to Michigan while going through Canada i noticed my trans temp went to 256 degrees. I stopped at the next refuel station and noticed a whole exhaust pipe was missing. One of the dual exhaust pipes detached from the muffler. I did call Steph and he took good notes and told me to call and possibly get the truck here on Monday. Here it is Monday I came in Aaron who is a manager was going over Steph notes and he wasn’t the easiest to deal with starting off. The reason is he was trying to understand Steph notes and what I was trying to explain. Once we got through the confusion Aaron went above and beyond to make this right. He ensure parts will be ordered for my truck and my pipes would be welded instead of using brackets that came with the muffler. I had additional item that was damaged/missing and corporate handled that matter as well. I’m grateful for Aaron for that as well. Hats off to Aaron he tried hard to make things right. He fixed someone else’s issue. I would come back here only if I was dealing with Aaron

I brought my Sister's vehicle to Coles for repair. JD, the manager, was awesome. He was very personal and treated my Sister's vehicle with care. I had gone to another shop before coming to Coles, and they said they couldn't fix the wheel and tire. JD did what they said couldn't be done. Great job!!

I had a bolt in my tire and I was going to be late to something g important for work if I didn’t get it repaired ASAP. The assistant manager took my car right in, helped me with the tire and I was on my way in no time! Top notch customer service - real people that care about their work and do a great job.
