I called 3 different repair shops around the Pittsburgh area only one to answer the first time I called was Coleman repair and I’m glad they did. Mechanic that came out knew what he was doing and didn’t waste time getting me back on the road. Great service, great price!

Attention companies and drivers. When you google the address, the correct location to this facility is not the one listed in Pittsburgh which is misleading. So please be aware if you call them for road service because they are not located in Pittsburgh. The driver is coming from a residential location in the Butler PA area. Also keep good track of your time because you are charged for the time the invoice is created and the time it take the driver to arrive to your location and arrive back to his home, along with an extra $350 road fee, and extra $95 travel fee. If you call for road service your bill just for the call starts at $445 which once again consist of $350 road service fee plus $95 travel fee and the time traveled to and from will be added under the labor charge. I posted this just to make everyone aware.

This is second time I had to use mobile service due to emergency situation . My favorite guy literally showed up in a time and was done finishing up brake chamber less then hour. One of the best technician in the Pittsburgh area .

I appreciate the fast and professional service we received when our charter bus full of passengers was broke down with an alternator bracket broken. They made short work of getting the materials needed to get the vehicle running. They also gave a cell phone number (which many shops hesitate to do) which helped us show what the problem was so they would be prepared when arriving (instead of chasing down parts after, which saved lots of time) having that number also helped with updates on expected time of arrival. We really appreciate the help. Hopefully I’ll never need any road service again…but knowing that’s not very likely, I’ll be saving this number for the future if we have something happen in the Pittsburgh area. Thanks again

First of all the mechanic did great work,replacing starter on my truck fast work,Now Coleman repair was very pricy 1695 dollars for start you can buy for less than 400 dollar at any Peterbilt location..was very disappointed in the cost...I want be calling this company again 4sure..

This is my 3rd time using COLEMANS. I just don’t have the words for what a great company this is. I was in an emergency situation and the service truck showed up within 25 minutes And my truck was back on the road in less than 40 minutes Once again, I had Dan as my technician, and I couldn’t ask for a nicer human being or a smarter Technician to explain things to me ! He could tell some of the things he was saying I had no idea what he was talking about but he took his time to explain it to me in a way that I would understand it GREAT GREAT GREAT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! Being that Ihave an older truck This won’t be the last time and I promise you COLEMANS will be my first call From the people on here that complain about COLEMANS, they have issues That makes no sense to me because they explain every every single part Their service step by step by step There’s no way you should be surprised about when dealing with this company. They are the most thorough company I have ever dealt with in my life. THANK YOU DAN AND THANK YOU COLEMANS ONCE AGAIN !

Great service provider, they gave me their road service call-out cost and hourly rate up front so there were no surprises. They jumped through hoops finding the parts I needed on a weekend to get me back up and running. They stayed in contact with me about cost of the parts before purchasing them and provided some options that were a bit cheaper but required more time down. Overall I am pleased with their service and support. My only complaint would be the weekend call-out fee which was a bit more than I was looking to pay however their labor rate was fair as well as affordable and after everything they did to get me rolling, I was happy to pay their call-out fee. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them if your in the area.

I want to leave a good repair for Coleman Repair. It was a very cold night and I had issues with my axles on my truck. I called them, the first they asked was if I was in a safe location and if I needed any warm clothing which I find to be extraordinary kind of them. They showed up a very timely manner and did my repairs as needed in a timely manner as well. I would highly recommend them at anytime for any repair. The service mechanic they sent was very prompt and well knowledgeable with the issues in hand and had me back on the road in my travels in no time at all. I definitely give their service mechanic Dan an A+ rating! By the way, this was 3am. I would to say once again Thank you for your services rendered!!!! Sundaddie INC

My brakes went completely out on my box truck they went all the way to the floor and the truck wouldn’t stop. I have a route that I must keep and stores I MUST service. I called everywhere and they were telling me it would be 2 to 3 weeks before they could get to it (I NEEDED IT FIXED RIGHT NOW! ) I called Colemans. They came right to my truck and had me back on the road within 3 hours.. fast efficient and kept me in the loop. The entire time! I highly highly highly recommend Coleman’s The technicians name was Dan and he was terrific! Was willing to answer any and all questions I had, and take time to explain to me things that maybe I didn’t understand I love this place!!!!!!!!

Found Coleman Repair on google. Because of past experiences with Mobile mechanics was very Skeptical. They showed up when they said they would got my truck running. Was very well pleased with their communication and the work they Perform. Will definitely be using them again.
