Took my car here for new tires they tried to say I needed new tie rod outer for the front. I declined but when I drove off I had all these light sensors pop on my dash. Took it to another shop all they told me was the wheel sensor was off and needed to be reprogrammed they messed up everything when they installed my tires. I do not recommend this place! Dishonest people and the guy was beating on the tires no up to date tires equipment they used there. They will try to upsell stuff that is not even needed good thing I went with my gut instinct and didn’t let them take more money from me. My car drove there perfectly fine going there with no light sensor on my dash after I declined they ruin all my sensor causing it to have traction control light to be on and my steering wheels was not straight at all. Beware do not go here!!

I had them check my car before a long drive and an oil change. Didn't find any issues or have recommended work. They had great customer service and were able to get me in within a day.

I had a flat tire and the guys got me in and out pretty quickly with a patch. Excellent service from everyone that works there. I will be back and I highly recommend it

Dropped car off for brakes, rotors and cracked radiator. They changed the brakes and rotors and replaced the radiator cap, then charged me $900 dollars. I refused to pay that price…. Then replaced the radiator for $800.00 charge. On a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer, ummm I don’t think so

Honest. Fair priced. That's really all you need to know about a mechanic. Been using them about a year. Two brake jobs, tires, and several oil changes. They don't sell you work you don't need on your car. Highly recommend giving them a call.

I took my vehicle to this shop since the alignment machine wasn't working at my local Firestone on Arrowwood. I was quoted an alignment of $169, however the arrowwood location quoted me a price prior which was MUCH cheaper. When I asked them why they don't honor the same price as the Firestone I normally go to on Arrowwood their answer was they aren't affiliated with Firestone, however their building carries the Firestone name. I would suggest you check pricing at the Arrowwood Firestone before doing business here. Very unprofessional.

Dean and his crew of mechanics (ie. Juan, etc.) are friendly, responsive and professional. I always buy my tires there and have them rotated when I have my oil changed. If Dean leaves, however, given the recent quality of new front desk hires, I will take my business someplace closer. Hope he doesn't.

Highly recommend them! I was worried one of my tires had a leak. Although they didn't have any available appointments, they still worked me in to their busy schedule that same day. I planned to leave my car for the entire afternoon, but was pleasantly surprised that they finished up within an hour. The prices are reasonable and the staff was very friendly and trust-worthy. As someone with limited car knowledge (and especially being a female), I'm always hesitant about being scammed, so I truly appreciate how they took care of me. Will definitely visit them again in the future!

I was referred to this Firestone by McClure Collision to have a damaged front right axle and bent tie rods with an alignment out of pocket and was very pleased with the price, convenience and service. Dean was my Firestone associate, he was very helpful and provided me with a positive experience. Thank you Dean!

This place is where I used to always get my oil changed and they have on many occasions gone above and beyond. Had always been reasonable and willing to work with you. However something has changed and now it seems the customer service has gone down hill so badly it's almost like they don't want any business anymore... just a few months ago this would have been a raving 5 star review but I would not recommend them to anyone like I would and have done a lot in the past....again something has changed but I don't know what.
