Great customer service. I don't trust any mechanics but these guys are legit and trustworthy. Pricing is pricing. No, they're not cheap on anything but they are reliable. And don't try to upsell you on extra stuff. I'd recommend it as a nice trustworthy alternative to the dealership.

I had all 4 of my tires replaced about two weeks ago. The prices were reasonable and the service was impeccable 👌. Glad I found my new local tire shop. I highly recommend this place. 6 out of 5 stars. ⭐️.

I was there for getting air in my tires. After the way I was talked to last Friday, I will NOT return. The attendant let air OUT of my tires and told me they had too much air after checking the door for correct pressure. I informed him that the sensor was now red instead of yellow. He said I just needed to drive and it would correct itself. I told him I didn't feel safe driving like that. He began to yell at me "I don't care if it's red, yellow, blue! I put it on 40. It's probably your sensor. If you don't like it, take it up with them on the inside!" I drove down the street, returned and talked to the gentleman inside. He checked my tires and put air in, but it still was not the correct pressure. I just drove to another shop and had it done correctly.

If you are looking for an honest and affordable mechanic or tire shop, you can stop looking. College Park Tire and Auto is the only place you need for all your auto care needs. Thaddius and his crew always exceed expectations. I literally drive past 20-25 other auto shops because I know the value and level of service I get there is second to none. When Thaddius says “How can I be of world class service to you”… he means it!!

I recently purchased a set of tires costing me almost $900 from this establishment only to realize after I left that I was missing my center rim cap. So I had to drive back which wasn't a problem but to make matters worse I drove my car on the expressway and after my car reached 70-75mph I experienced alot of vibration. My first thought was... my tires need balancing. I know damn well these guys didn't just put 4 brand new tires on my car without them being balanced. Guess what... I took my car to Goodyear on North Druid Hills Rd, got my tires balanced now my car rides smooth as ever. I don't totally blame the business because the sales associates were very friendly and professional I blame some of the people they hire. Take pride in the service you're providing for a paying customer... this was totally unacceptable. Then people wonder why the black dollar is spent outside our race. I had to come back and give 5 stars solely for the magnificent customer service given by Mr. Lance who called me several times after my initial review to make things right by reimbursing me for paying to balance my tires!!! Hats off to this black owned business... keep up the excellent customer service!!!

Let’s see where to start. I have a 1987 Ford Ecoline that I took in twice. The first time it was free to do a diagnostic and they said they didn’t find anything and fixed the light. They did not fix the bright lights and still to this day even after taking it in twice, no one completed the job. I brought my car in twice and the second time they charged me 75$ and found nothing and said they couldn’t get the car to lag whatever. I drive to Charlotte and I know there’s something wrong. Went to Mr. tire because my brakes and cyclinder needed to be replaced. I want my money back. That was literally 2 days after I left and got charged for a fault they failed to find. I drive a van so safety is key and they failed

Wow such a top notch experience! I was in the market for new tires so my cousin Starr recommended this place to me. My cousin has been going to this auto shop since the 1980’s! Everything she said about the staff was true! They are friendly, fair and very professional. Other things that stuck out to me were the very clean and comfortable accommodations! They even had USB outlets to charge your phone, which for a person like me who is always on their phone, was a cherry on top detail. They also stayed true to the service level agreement and I was out of there on time! They also gave me a call today to follow up on my experience, which I was not expecting. I will most definitely be coming back for all of my auto services! Thank you team!!!

My tire had a nail on the side wall which was not able to be repaired. Luckily The College Park Tire & Auto is one of the provider on my warranty list. That’s when I met Lance White. I’m not sure if he’s the owner or not. What I received was the best customer service. He’s very professional and responsive. The tire I needed wasn’t in stock. Lance ordered and kept me the updated information. I got the tire fixed very quickly by Zay. They are reliable and honest. Thank you Lance for taking good care of my car. I totally recommend them.

The best experience I’ve had with a mechanic in my entire life… My girlfriend and I were on a cross country trip passing through Atlanta in our van. Just as we got into the city our vehicle started making an awful clunking noise This was a Friday afternoon at 2pm and we called 10+ mechanics - no one was able to see us. Thankfully the team at College Park Auto and Tire wanted to help us out. They got the van in for an immediate inspection, an hour later the issue was diagnosed and parts ordered. A cv axle and two idler arms. Just four hours later and the parts were in the shop and the work completed, 10 minutes before closing! They were so friendly, helpful, and didn’t overcharge. A truly world class service! Thank you so much to the entire team there for getting us back on the road quickly and saving our road trip. You guys are awesome!

After receiving horrible service from my dealership, I found College Park Tire & Auto on Google and after reading the reviews decided to give them a chance. From the moment I walked in, I just had a good feeling about this business. There were a few older women sitting and waiting and after seeing how one of the employees spoke and treated one of them with such respect, I was sold! I had a check engine light on, and after they inspected it, Lance was very nice and professional and explained what my truck needed. The price was fair and the service was great. They even vacuumed my truck out afterwards! I found my new car repair shop! Keep up the good work fellas, your service is greatly appreciated!

Come to College Park Tire and Auto Service. They are great! Needed a last minute service on my tire in time for college midterms and they were backed up, but the manager/owner was able to find someone to help me immediately. So glad they were willing to help me out! Great place if you need service on your vehicle

I had a wonderful experience there. I visited due to my engine light turning on and then off. They thoroughly inspected my car without any charges; I didn't have to pay anything.
