An hour and a half for an oil change when I have one of the first appointments in the morning- completely trying to upscale services I don't need - ridiculous when you can get an oil change anywhere in town in 30 min

I just have to give a huge shout out to Holden and the rest of the staff at College Station Nissan Service Center! From the first phone call to my service this morning Holden and the other staff were prompt, polite and efficient along with saving me a ton of money! Thank you so much for your customer service.😊

First off I want to say I love my Nissan and the service people are friendly. Not exactly helpful though, got an oil change and rotation today. I walked into the service door immediately greeted asked what I needed done took my keys. I didn’t read any signs because I was immediately helped. Well apparently coupons have to be said at the beginning because they can’t change the paperwork. I dont understand why it wouldn’t be a simple fix. I’m disappointed I had to pay $130 for an oil change when the coupon was for half that price. I just feel every time I go here I leave disappointed. I may have to find another Nissan dealership.

They misdiagnosed my vehicle’s problem, after two attempts the issue was still not resolved, and I have received no response from them after emailing and calling.

My Nissan was acting up so I called and Rudy answered. I told him my problem and he said to bring it in. I had to wait but he got fixed and it was under warranty. I saved money, so I was very happy.

Everything went well. They performed my initial (5,000) miles oil change then rotated the tires and checked to make sure everything was working properly. The waiting room is very comfortable and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend Nissan Service. Lois/Eddie Robinson

I am really happy with the service department at Nissan. Everytime I take my vehicle in for service I work with Alberto because he has great customer service.The manager Matthew is always great as well. Thank you guys for everything! I think the new girl will turn out great as well. I will buy my next vehicle at CS Nissan because of customer service like this!

My daughter is going to school in CSTAT. She was having car trouble. I called and spoke with Alberto. He was so helpful and gave me a lot of options to check before bringing the car in! This is the kind of place you can feel comfortable sending your college age child in to see! I highly recommend this service dept!!!

Part on back order for several months. Said I had other options, but chose not to share those other options with me. Oh, but they did provide me with $1200 in additional costs for things not covered under the warranty. I even suggested speaking to a sales rep, and they couldn't get me connected to one of those either. I'll be looking else where for service, and possibly a future sale of another vehicle. C'mon College Station Nissan, get your act together!!!

Scheduled maintenance visit for oil changed and windshield washer container was cracked and leaking. Mr Cody had the part in stock and vehicle was serviced with very low wait time. He and the svc dept are super!
