I’ll start with this company COLLINS AUTO gets more than a 5STAR in book , they get a100+ !!!!! It is with great pleasure that I write this review. I will start with the staff(HATS OFF) to Josh,Keaton, John,and Brian, they all are super knowledgeable, friendly, honest, patient, kind, caring, and committed to great service!!! The atmosphere is very warm and awesome. They make sure that you don’t leave with unanswered questions. Everything and everybody is excellent. I was recommended to them and I highly double highly recommend this company. I normally go to the dealership where I purchased my vehicles, but those days are no more. They have done several auto maintenance jobs for me and I have been nothing, but well pleased and satisfied. I trust and appreciate a job well done and their high-quality care, interest, and concern. They are the auto company for me and I forward to their continuous business(I’d need be)!!!!!

Got my oil changed during a hail/rainstorm. Felt safe while I waited out the storm. After the storm, Collins was nice enough to back my car into the garage so when I drove away, I wouldn’t get wet. Great service, great people.

Highly recommend this place! The people are nice and quick! Samantha was wonderful to work with! They walked me through what exactly was wrong with my car and were able to give me an estimate! Definitely will be recommending to others!

Collins Auto care provided me with the highest level of customer service and professionalism. The repairs to my vehicle were done on a timely basis with extensive quality control to ensure that the repairs were done properly the first time. Then when the owner follows up with you by text message to make sure you were happy with their work it really takes the customer experience to another level. I highly recommend them! 🙂

Collins always takes care of us, they are honest and upfront with costs. They are super proactive too - gave me estimates for work I didn't ask about (a broken door handle) but not in a high pressure let's fix this right now way that a lot of garages would do. Just a "we noticed this, this is how much it would cost" way that was more a kindness than anything else. I won't take my car anywhere else.

I loved there service. No hidden tricks everything was up front. They would tell you what the total amount is before hand. I walked and you could feel the vibe and harmony. I have been to other shops were the owners are grumpy and provided bad service (Machaik chevy).

I would rate Collins Auto Care more than 5 stars if possible! I took my car here for auto care, and was thoroughly impressed. They have top notch customer service. Jonathon was helpful from start to finish, and they were able to work me in quickly. Highly recommend!

Texted that I had a $50 discount coupon that was expiring the next day and could I use it for an oil change. They texted me back with a time to bring my car in the next day. I brought it in, they completed the oil change in under 30 minutes. During the general overall inspection of the vehicle included with the oil change, they found a differential leak I needed to address soon, took me out to the car to see what they had found and gave me an estimate of the cost of the repair. We agreed to take care of it before the EOY, then they applied my coupon, closed my bill and I was outta there. Shortest visit to a mechanic I've had in a long time...😎 THOROUGH, FRIENDLY and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! GR8 JOB...😎

I brought my son’s car here for An oil changed . He loves their service. I’ve tried several places for oil changes, but this shop is by far the best. The entire process was seamless, from scheduling the appointment to finishing up. They treated my son’s car with care and were very thorough in their work.
