Unfortunately I just about pulled the front bumper off my wife’s Honda by pulling too far over a concrete parking block. Fortunately I had already had a great experience getting a car fixed at Collision Clinic. I immediately took the car there and Jeff was able to use zip ties to keep the bumper attached to the car so my wife could drive it for a few days before we could drop it off to get fixed. We dropped it off as we left town for a week and it was fixed and ready to pick up when we returned. The front of the car looks like it did when we bought the car new.

First-class customer care and communications! Their coordination with rentals and the insurance company were seamless. But most importantly, their workmanship is impressive. For as invasive as the repairs were, there’s no discernible blending or changes in the metallic sheen. Beautiful work!

I was in a pretty bad accident about a month ago. Luckily no one was injured. Farmer's Insurance recommended that I bring my vehicle to Collision Clinic for an estimate. I got it towed there immediately. The staff in the front was very professional and helpful. I was given a rental vehicle through Enterprise. Within a few days, I received a detailed estimate and a call from one of their mechanics. Luckily, they were able to save my car! I had fear that it would've been considered totalled! After a few weeks, I received the notice to pick up my car. It was as good as new. Dixie in the front was extremely helpful and kind to my mom. (She had to go pick up the car for me) The process was very simple, we paid the deductible and got all the information on the warranty for the repairs. It was absolutely stressful getting into a car accident, but having Collision Clinic there to help from day one has been such a relief. My car feels brand new. Great service, clean and comfortable facility and a wonderful staff.

Stay away and take your vehicle somewhere else. The people that work here are nice enough, which gives the impression of quality. They offer $50 gift cards for giving 5 star reviews, which should tell you that their quality of work is not adequate to receive honest reviews. I had to bring my vehicle in for some rework following repairs after an accident because of some things that were not caught. Which I now believe that they just missed due to some sort of lack of ability. Some of the issues were still happening immediately after getting my vehicle back, and after speaking to them it was made clear that they “repaired” other areas of the vehicle even though there were clear noises that indicated where the issues were originating. It sounds weird, ultimately leading me to believe that they are grossly incompetent at what they do or dishonest. Either way, there’s a lack of integrity, that would lead me to believe some combination of the two.

This shop is awesome. They are clearly very knowledgeable with the whole insurance process, which was obviously helpful for me. Gave a clear estimate on the repairs needed on my truck. Dropped the truck off, and Enterprise rental car rented me a car right there at the shop. When I went to pick up my truck, I dropped off the rental right there. The work done on my truck was extensive, and it came out amazing!. I am very happy with the results. My truck looks like new. Thanks to all the folks at Collision Clinic. I will definitely recommend your shop.

Had on oopsie after backing into a post. The estimate was handled quickly, insurance arrangements were seamless. My car was ready a week sooner than anticipated and came out sparkling, just like new. Highly recommend CC!

My car was repaired incorrectly by another repair center which would not correct their mistake so I took it to collision clinic and they fixed it for me completely and you can’t even tell it had damage they are awesome

This place was fabulous! They repaired my car and found another issue at the last minute, so they ordered another part to make sure it was 100% before returning it to me! I greatly appreciated this! They kept me updated throughout the process! I highly recommend them!!

They were fast, efficient, and incredibly professional! Even after both my insurance and enterprise had made some mistakes the people at collision clinic rolled with the punches and did everything in their power to help me. It was so great considering how stressful everything else had been. They did fantastic work on the repair too! My car looks leaps and bounds better than when I dropped it off.

My expectations were exceeded from start to finish! When other repair centers couldn’t get me in for weeks, Collision Clinic offered to see me the next day. The staff was extremely kind, patient and professional. They made the claim repair process easy and returned my car better like brand new. The inside was vacuumed and clean as well. I highly recommend bringing your car here!!!

I went to 5 other clinics and this place got me in the fastest, had the BEST customer service and gave me the lowest estimate. My car needed front bumper, headlight and grille repair, they were able to reduce the estimated time for fixtures by an entire WEEK. Dixie at the front had the best customer service, and Bill, who was with me for my estimate was able to walk me through comfortably through all the steps. Left my car looking amazing! Will definitely be coming here again for future repairs!
