Wanted to send a quick note to say what a pleasure it was to deal with Colony Tires in Richmond, VA. Was traveling with our 31 foot mobile showroom from out of town for business and found that my valve stem was leaking on one of the tires in the back. It has dual tires so I was able to limp it in to the shop first thing in the morning before I had appointments later that morning. Did not have an appointment and just showed up hoping they could squeeze me in. Not only did they squeeze me in but had me in and out in no time and fixed the valve leak without having to replace the tire and did it at a very, very reasonable price. Thanks Paul for getting me in line so quickly for the service and a special shout out to Ty who worked on the vehicle. Both were very nice guys, very personable and professional and had me back on the road in time so that I did not have to cancel or postpone any of my appointments. Appreciate your help guys. I would highly recommend Colony Tires.

Took a work truck in for an inspection. Had a line but separated the trucks for different services. So wasn't bad , in and out. Time to get to work.

We recently were stranded in Richmond with a flat and bent lugs. Colony tire stayed open past hours to get us promptly and expertly repaired and back on the road. Highly recommend this company

Chris and the staff at Colony Tire were quick to try and assist me with the alignment of my lowered 350z. They knew there was a chance they wouldn't be able to do it, but they took the time to try anyway. Unfortunately, they couldn't get my car on their alignment rack. Instead of just giving me the bad news and sending me on my way, they recommended another shop in town that may be able to assist #Chrome. They went out of their way to assist me. Thank your for your help! #Chrome was able to align my vehicle. -Tiffany

Went to get tires for my work van. I don't know if the guy was a manager or not. He got the size & told me that my tires would be on Friday. I went back on Friday & my tires were not in, I don't think that he ordered them. Why would he go out to get the size again? He told me a lie right to my face & said that they were not shipped from Carolina.

This shop caters to industrial equipment, heavy trucks and fleet users, but they still have always been responsive and professional with a small fry like me. I first used Colony several years ago with an RV that needed new tires and had some electrical issues. I know they spent more time on it than they billed me for on that project and I have been coming back for tires and service ever since. Their shop rate is competitive, and for the several projects I have taken into them Colony has stuck to their estimates and always given me my money's worth. More than that, the one time I did have an issue (premature part failure) with a repair on a diesel pickup they were sure to make it right. That's the kind of outfit you want to do business with. They have never charged me steep markups for parts or tried to push any work that wasn't worth doing. Every time I have come here has felt like a fair shake. Just bought another set of tires today and plan to come back when I need more.

We have been to Colony Tire in Richmond, VA at least 3 times and have always been impressed with the professionalism and service with Colony Tire as well as their prices. Recently we visited for a check up on our Motorhome tire status. We were thinking we had to rotate our tires as well as checking inflation to improve our ride quality. As an ex tire manager for a truck fleet company, I was throughly impressed with the education that I received from the Senior Commercial Account Manager Tom Southward on Motorhome tire pressures as related to actual gross weights. I really appreciate the education as it help us accomplish our goals. I highly recommend this company and Tom Southward for your commercial and private tire needs. Prince E Rich III

The service was very good they did a good job on my vehicle and they were gracious to help me to get it off the lot because I was blocked in by other cars and they quickly came at moved them and I was on my way to wonderful to deal with my family's been deal with him now for two years so I wish them the best thank you
