Took vehicle in for simple tire repair at Coloradoland on 6995 N Broadway. While mounting/unmounting, the aluminum rim was significantly gouged. Manager explained that none of his shop equipment would leave the gouge on the rim and there was no way to prove it happened there. Extremely poor business acumen. Never go there unless you need damage and then denial. I don't care if the tire machine is made out of pillows, the rim was damaged at the shop. There is no debate where the damage occurred, so don't start there if you are a legitimate business. Figure out how to remedy the problem, not displace the blame. Certainly don't reply to a bad review saying the Manager was right. What a childish response.

Was having some issues with my truck and took it to a few different places and wasn’t comfortable with those places, brought my truck into Coloradoland and immediately felt more comfortable. Met with Kris and he walked me through the issues of my vehicle and took the time to show me the issues and explain what they were and how they could fix them. Great prices all around and wonderful customer service would highly recommend this company and its great staff.

Joe and the rest of his crew are incredible! We had issues with a previous shop from an accident we didn’t cause. Insurance wouldn’t cover our damages. Joe took our car in and did a full check up to ensure there wouldn’t be any more unexpected surprises for us since we’ve had such bad luck with the previous shop. He was honest, kind, and did everything he could to try and make the process easy and affordable for us. Anytime we called or needed something he responded immediately and was always available. He made such a stressful situation so much smoother. My partner and I are moving and driving both of our cars so I took both of them to Joe to get checked and an oil change before we left as well. He reassured us that our vehicles were in good health and didn’t take advantage like other shops would. I even asked about my tires as I thought they were getting worn and he assured me they’re perfectly fine to get to my destination. He could’ve easily taken my money, but was honest instead. Both of our vehicles are in excellent working condition now thanks to Joe and his crew. couldn’t be more thankful and highly recommend this shop/location!

Been using these guys for a few months now and I'm thoroughly impressed with not only their quality alignments but customer service is great. Much better than our previous tire/alignment shop and closer, they get all our subies aligned to proper spec in record time, thanks guys!

Joe and the team did an amazing job on my 2006 Toyota Sequoia. Had issues with my power steering among other things, got my car done in one afternoon. Super responsive over the phone too, would always recommend

I had an issue at another shop where my truck was damaged. These guys at Coloradoland Tire & Service were recommended to fix it. Dan and Joe took care of my truck. They fixed my problem and were very helpful and knew what they were doing. I highly recommend these guys at this location. If I could give them more than five stars I would. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service and they fixed problems no other shop could fix! Wonderful, caring staff that was very professional and took the time to find out my exact issues with my older vehicle. I've gone to three other shops and also two other mobile mechanics that could not fix my problems but Coloradoland went up and above to resolve my car issues! Dan, a manager at Coloradoland, was extremely helpful and provided exceptional service. Definitely going back here!

I dropped my car off this morning for a diagnostics. The good news is it’s something that’s probably covered under my extended warranty which means I have to take it to the dealership. Bad news is the dealership can’t get me in for three weeks. I will bring my car back there for a regular work, oil, changes, etc. that’s outside of #Warranty. Great group of people there.

I’ve been using this business as my mechanic for 30 years, before it became ColoradoLand. I’ve always gotten great service and this time was no exception. They never try to sell me something I don’t need. Joe was amazing and kept me updated regarding the progress on my car as well as the price. Thanks again for a great experience.

Update: I have added two stars to make this a "neutral" review. The manager has reached out to me and we are discussing the situation. Brought my car in months ago and was told I needed new brakes and rotors all around. $800+ I authorized the work and picked my car up a few days later. Immediately after the repair, something was obviously wrong. Screeching brakes and steering wheel wobble that I'm not sure how they missed. I brought it back and they told me it was an issue with the brakes they installed and they would replace them on warranty. OK. I took the car away again after the warranty repair. Within a few days, the same issue again. I brought the car in and was told that the pads might take some time to wear in, but they could swap the brake pads for a more expensive model, if I paid the difference. I asked if problems like this were normal with the cheaper pads? they said no. I asked why then would using the more expensive pads change the situation. No further explanation was given, except to reiterate that they could use the more expensive pads if that's what I wanted. Well, it was never quite right since, but I basically tolerated it, until today I brought the car by and asked them to take a look at it again and see if we could solve this issue once and for all, as it was getting worse again. Dropped the car off again, left it for 4.5 hours, went by again to check on the status and it was still sitting out front, they hadn't even taken a look underneath. They explained that they were very busy. As I stood in the office I overheard another lady being told if she left the car now they'd look take care of it in an hour. I called another shop and made an appointment for monday morning. There was clearly not much motivation to resolve an issue I had been back multiple times for and at that stage I didn't have faith that I was going to get my money's worth. I haven't got the patience to pursue a resolution any further, so I'll just leave this here as a reminder to be cautious. For what it's worth (not $800), the gentlemen behind the counter were friendly.
