I've lived in the neighborhood for over 10 years but never tried them because I used other shops. I've used them several times this year because I'm interested in having a neighborhood location that I can rely on for honest and friendly service that I don't have to fight traffic to get to. Cesar is professional, but Max (I believe that's his first name, last name's Jett) is both professional and friendly. Max is the reason you patronage an establishment even if they're not always the cheapest. My first experience was earlier this summer for an AC repair. What was supposed to be a coolant recharge turned into replacing the hose due to a slow leak that wasn't caught at first, and I had to bring it back. I was very upset when I was told the cost because it's always a shock when a quick service turns into hundreds of dollars. Max did his best to explain the repair and showed me the damaged part. He also shopped around for a cheaper part, which brought the cost down significantly but added another day. He was very patient and kind even when I wasn't. Today, I went in for a tire repair. They fixed the tire and had me on my way within 20 minutes! The tech, Kevin, was extremely friendly and took the time to load the spare tire back into my trunk and waited for me to get into my car. It's the little extras that mean the most. I think I found what I was looking for!

Absolutely amazing experience!  I had a large tire puncture one evening, so I called right when they opened.  Since I was concerned they would not be able to patch it, Max ordered a replacement tire as a backup and said they would simply return the tire if I didn’t need it.  Turns out they were able to patch my tire.  The staff could have easily told me the hole was too large and sold me a replacement tire…but they didn’t!  This level of honesty is extremely rare.  I will be back when I actually need new tires.

Always top of the line service at this location. Everyone here is always so professional and friendly. Max always explains stuff to you and will make you feel comfortable about what the car needs, which is truly rare when taking your car to a shop. 10/10 across the board. Thanks guys for all your hard work, and excellent service!

I can't say enough good things about this Coloradoland! My car battery died unexpectedly, and even though I had never been a customer before, Max and the team went above and beyond to help me out. Max was incredibly kind and professional, coming out to jump-start my car without hesitation. What impressed me most was how genuine and caring they were, even though they knew I wasn't getting any repairs done. It's rare to find such dedication and warmth in the auto repair business. If this is how they treat someone in a pinch, I can only imagine the level of service they provide to regular customers. Highly recommend!

Took my truck in for some major suspension work in Coloradoland did a great job found a couple other things wrong and fixed them. If you want good work done on your car I recommend Coloradoland

I ran over a razor blade and I barely made it to this shop. They were so helpful. I had warranty on my tires with another company, so I didn’t get serviced by them. However, they help me put my spare on and were super nice and helpful in a stressful situation.

Took my domestic minivan in for an oil change and new radiator hoses. Going on 3 days now. I went in thinking it should be ready, only to witness them allowing all the radiator fluid to literally boil out because it wasn't being watched, right before watching 3 guys yell at each other about who was supposed to turn the car off before that happened. I was expecting to have this semi simple, $600 dollar procedure completed in a few hours, and now I'm having to budget in Uber rides for the last 3 days. Very disappointed.

Customer service is the worst at this place. I have gone twice to give this business the benefit of the doubt, mostly to the guy at the front of the store, don’t know his name but he was there when I went , kind of dark skin, Hispanic, (I’m Hispanic as well) . He is always very rude , doesn’t even says hi, just what you need? I went couple times since family leaves nearby, first to check a tire for a potential nail and the second time to install tires. Both times I left because of his rude service and unwillingness to help. I’m sure this business is losing customers due to this guy. I will never be back, so my family, friends , neighbors and of course will not recommend this place to anyone

Great, friendly service. I had a leaky tire and they got me in quickly, fixed the problem just as quickly (and for a very reasonable price) and got me on my way. Wouldn't change a thing.

This place was awesome! My first time in and I had a flat tire and needed to replace the tire valve, I didn’t have much time , they told me an hour but it literally was only about 20 minutes!! Max helped me out, very nice guys there!!

Was very happy with the services provided! They changed all my tires and did it cheaper than discount tire by far. They made me feel welcome and I know where I will be going for any tire issues from here forward! I would trust them with other repairs as well. I just do all my own work but I would definitely trust them!
