My experience with Community Auto Body was nothing short of amazing . Not only was I put at ease immediately , but their expertise in getting you through the car repair ordeal was fantastic . They fixed my car like new , and their very knowledgeable staff even helped with some of the insurance language and procedures . I would absolutely recommend Community Auto Body for anyone that needs car body repair . The staff is kind , honest , and very knowledgeable. They made this whole process so easy, picked up my rental car right from them, they kept me informed with text through out the process and they were very quick with the repairs and my car looks better than before! Highly recommend them!

I live down the street and came here after I got into a fender bender and needed my front bumper replaced. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, also willing to work with customers and their circumstances. Had my car back after just a few days! From start to finish my experience with Community Auto body was great. The communication step by step was very helpful as well. It took some of the stress and worry off of me i didn't have to keep calling and asking what was going on with the process of my car being fixed it was clear communication every day also the big shot out to the young lady at the front desk I think her name is Annie 🤔🙂 she was excellent!

I've had to work with various auto body shops over the years after accidents and I've never had such a great experience. Everybody at Community Auto Body was extremely professional and helpful. They worked with my insurance company (even though they are no longer a preferred company with Erie) and the rental car company seamlessly so I didn't have to do anything. They completed the job within the projected time frame and the work was perfect. I highly recommend!

This shop lives up to its name! I got the sense I would be treated righteously from the moment I entered the door. Annie deserves a Big, Big Ups! She has a wonderful personality and knows her business. Jon was very unassuming and I would not have known he was the owner until Annie told me 😃 Greg was also very open and made sure he captured all the details of the condition of my car and the repairs needed. They did an outstanding job- I can't even tell where the old paint and the new meet. It took a bit longer to get the a part needed, but they communicated with me every step of the way. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend for auto body and great customer service! Thanks Team!
