I had multiple issues with my older car and they fixed them all in one day (including replacing my windshield)! Very transparent, sent me explainers and pictures as well as estimates before doing any work. I’m very happy with how my car is running as well as how I was treated. Highly recommend!

Got our pathfinder serviced here, and the service was exceptional. We went in for an oil change, but upon further inspection, my brakes were worn down. Alyssa and her team communicated in a professional & timely manner what my repairs were and the cost. CAR's quote was spot on and very much resonsonable for the denver area. This shop was great and had me out within one day! Highly recommend Community Auto Repair.

Love this place! The blinkers on our truck weren’t working after an accident and a different repair shop couldn’t figure out why. Community Auto diagnosed the issue the same day and had it fixed the following. The waiting room is designed so nicely too! Definitely a place that you would be able to “Work From Home” from if you needed to wait there for your repairs.

I can't recommend Community Auto Repair shop highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping customers. My car was having some issues and I brought it in to a few other shops and they couldn’t figure it out. Then I took it to Community Auto Repair and within no time, they had it diagnosed as an alternator issue. Then they explained to me in simple terms what needed to be done (I know very little about cars and mechanics). They kept me updated throughout the entire process and even provided a cost estimate upfront that was very reasonable. When I picked up my car, it was running like new, and they even took the time to show me the old parts and explain what was replaced. I’d recommend Community Auto to anyone in need of car repairs!

Very unprofessional.Called and asked if they can tell me a reason why my car wasn’t turning on and they told me to come in they’ll tell me same hour I drop it off the issue and once it’s there they start gaslighting me that’s impossible to have it done in same day which they’ve could say it clear instead of wasting peoples time and money.days later they lose the part “transit “and after getting it back looks like it’s the wrong part which it’s two weeks and half of my wasted time.Wanted to charge us over $900 when in same dealership of the own company does it less than than…..incredibly and once we got the car back they were acting mad as if it was our fault that they didn’t act professional and made us waste our time

I drive a vintage Toyota Motorhome that needs a lot of love and most other shops won't even touch! After making the mistake of getting towed to Midas and being rejected (🙄) Community Auto got her back up and running even better than before she broke down! Quick service, great communication and fair prices will definitely be my go to shop in Denver from here on out! would give 6 stars if I could!

I love taking my car to this shop because I feel like I can actually trust them. The staff if SUPER friendly, they don't make you feel dumb for asking 'dumb' questions, they have a lot of nice amenities in the waiting area (wifi, coffee, vinyl records), AND it's super clean (restrooms too). They are very responsive and get you an appointment very quickly. I won't be taking my car anywhere else.

Went in for oil change with a couple other concerns. Alyssa was very informative on the issues and how much longer I have until it is a real concern. Thank you for all the help and taking care of me! I will be back for future repairs.

As always, I took my car in for an oil change and the staff there was great as always, I normally drop off my car but this time I waited and the wait was not long at all. They are great at letting you know what is going on with your vehicle to keep you informed. Best place in town!

I called for a flat tire fix and they were able to get me in within 30 minutes. Alissa at the front desk was wonderful and they did an amazing job. I went into get a more in depth diagnosis granted it was free and I already knew what was wrong with my truck. More or less I was simply trying to get an estimate to repair the known issues. I left with a broken break switch and my break lights stuck on. The female that broke my break light switch was extremely rude and kept throwing it in my face that the diagnosis was free as if that made up for her causing another issue on my truck or if it weren't company policy. And as if she owns the business she tells me not to come back. Now I have another problem with my vehicle that will probably end up costing me a traffic ticket.

My sister & brother-in-law recommended this shop to me more than once and I as many of us are leery to try a new shop with our only vehicle but I finally did. COMMUNITY AUTO REPAIR is by FAR THE MOST CUSTOMER SERVICE FORWARD, TRUTHFUL, KIND, UNDERSTANDING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, RELIABLE, AMAZING SHOP!!!! I as well as some of my family (I am working on the rest of them) will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR ANY WORK NEEDED ON MY CAR!!! COMMUNITY AUTO REPAIR is not like a corner shop, they tell you need this, this and that done and it will be this much..as your eyes pop wide open. COMMUNITY AUTO REPAIR, looks, diagnosis, takes pictures and upon completion of exam...sends a detailed text or email to you to look through with pictures also takes the time to explain items to you on the phone...WHAT!!! YES, they actually took a moment to photograph the items that were in damaged or really needed attention, attached them to the report so you are able to see what truly needs to be done....who does that in this day in age. What auto repair shop takes the time to actually take care of the customer....as well as the automobile.... COMMUNITY AUTO REPAIR....1000%!!!!! I have never in all my years had an auto repair shop get me in and out in 1 day, especially with the items my car was in need of!!! After I dropped my car for her exam (find out what's really wrong) I received a text from them with detailed information, pictures (yes, a shop that actually took a moment to include) and suggestions via check marks on the report. Green..good to go, Yellow...should be taken care of soon but not a 911, the Red..getter done now. A follow up phone call from Alyssa to discuss the above and BOOM by 430 that very afternoon my car was safe & road ready!!! From the first phone call, with Alyssa to leaving with my keys I never questioned what they were doing. I felt 1000% confident in COMMUNITY AUTO REPAIR....my sister & brother -in-law were right. COMMUNITY AUTO REPAIR is the only place for anyone driving an automobile in Colorado!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The team here was communicative, friendly, and helpful. I am new to the neighborhood and I had a concern regarding my tires due to a possible hole/leak. I googled auto shops in the area and came across this auto shop. Their 5 star reviews certainly match my experience today. Their team fit me in same day and they were SO helpful! They were thorough and answered any and all questions I had. Will be back for future auto needs.

This is a gem of a local business. The service is prompt and top tier. From check-in to check-out the staff is there to answer any questions and make the experience as seamless as possible. I originally brought my car in to have a tire repaired and they were able to fix that for free! I returned to do my oil change as a walk-in and their prices on full synthetic are competitive. Will definitely return. Kudos to Marissa and Alyssa (store manager) thank you for all your help!

100/10 would recommend! These people are amazing. I pulled in with a tire going flat- no appointment. They pulled my car in right away and patched up a hole from a nail I ran over, all within about 30 minutes. They didn’t charge me for the repair. The staff was so nice and accommodating. This was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a while and will for sure be coming back for any repair needs!

I had a unique situation where my truck was getting repaired at a transmission shop and that shop sent it here to CAR for a non-transmission issue because "they're the best at what they do." This is huge for me because I didn't get a chance to research CAR or read reviews, I was going into this blind based on a recommendation from another auto repair shop. Yikes! I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. Alyssa and Marissa (sp?) treated me like a human being who was very stressed out about the whole situation. They communicate clearly and are incredibly knowledgeable about all things vehicles. They walked me through the diagnosis, explained an estimate and gave a clear ETA. They are fantastic people and run an honest business and I would absolutely use them again and recommend them for any vehicle service. If I'm being honest, I was definitely shocked at the high cost, but the outcome was worth it and what isn't a ripoff anymore. And I also was proactive in communications, calling them when I didn't hear back from them a couple times.

I had to take in my 2015 Jeep Overland because the hydraulic thing that makes my jeep go up and down went out I just want to say I don’t know technical terms. I went to one place and they said up to 5k I was like that is outrageous. I went to Community Auto Repair and they not only took care of the problem for a fraction of that price but it’s this first time I have ever dealt with an honest mechanic shop. This is the only place I will go , I have already started sending family and friends and all have said the same thing that this is the first time they did not feel taken advantage of and this is there new shop where all there cars will go. I can’t recommend this place enough, customer service and support were top notch. I’m glad I found them.

My experience with Community Auto was amazing. My check engine light came on, and they were able to take my car in and fix my car the next day. They called me with updates and their suggestions moving forward. They also printed out a copy of everything they did and solutions for the future. The customer service team was also so helpful and called me by my name and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They are my go to auto store now and I wish I could give them 100 stars!

These people are my new go-to mechanic. They took a big job that another shop botched and had me out the door in 24 hours. They also advocated for me as I dealt with the other shop. Quality work, good prices, communicative, and super friendly customer service. Can’t recommend highly enough.

When I needed a new bumper and fender after a hit and run collision, I took my 2016 Subaru Impreza to a couple different repair shops. Community Auto Repair gave me an estimate that was less than half of what the other shop wanted to charge for the same repair work. What's more, the amount I payed ended up being significantly less than the estimate, even with the complementary e-brake cleaning and adjustment they threw in. Post-repair, the car runs even smoother than it did before the collision. And when I had problems with payment due to a limit on my card, Alyssa and the rest of the staff went out of their way to help me out. All-in-all, I would highly recommend Community Auto Repair for your car repairs. They are trustworthy and good at what they do, which is all you can really ask for in a repair shop. 10 out of 5 stars
