Did not balance my tires, and installed them wayy over pressure. Nearly ruined my alignment driving on them for a week. DO NOT GO HERE. Your life and money is too precious for this.

Insane prices to just change a tire. Royal tire in Independence charges $18 per tire to change out your tires. So I assumed this place would charge about the same. They tried to charge me $130 to change 4 tires. That’s $32.50 PER tire. On top of that they lost one of my lug nuts and lied to me about it, saying it wasn’t there to begin with. I am fully well aware that it was.

It’s all good. You gave me good tires , but she was going to charge me $500 to do my wheel bearing when My son did it in an hour and a half and it’s just one tool you only use showed me that’s taking advantage of a woman to me but thanks for the tires

This morning I had flat tire. Well, wasn’t completely flat, but very low. Noticed when got to work (thanks to gentlemen blinking lights behind). Managed to inflate it at work, right after headed here hoping for help (closest spot). Pleasant surprise, super fast, understanding situation and needs. These guys are awesome! It happened that I had a nail. Thank you tons, gentlemen! 🤝 Unlike @HendrickToyota, who install these tires, I had problem the very next week after installation, I sow up there with problem, and current warranty, and they turn me back for appointment… 🤷🏻‍♂️ Just to indicate the level of customer service. WELL DONE GUYS!!! THANK YOU!!!

Amazing service. I pulled up last minute on a Sunday afternoon and within 5 minutes they had my tire off and a new one was put on in less than 15 minutes and I only paid $60. One employee was sleeping on the job though but I will let it slide because she was extra cute!

attached rim too tight, over two months of the tire rubbing against the rim and ripped the tire open. nuts are too tight to even remove rim to replace tire. UPDATE: they charged me for THEIR wrong doings and due to them attaching lug nuts too tight, they broke 2/5 of my studs. and they blamed everything on me. very unprofessional and more harm done to my car over a simple tire replacement.

I went to go get a nail out my tire. First off the guy had a real nasty attitude. On top of that the nail is still in my tire. I paid for services that wasn’t even provided.

If you need a tire repaired THIS IS THE PLACE❣️ I was having “ one of those days” and of course my tire was going flat as I was headed to a meeting. I pulled in, explained to Enock what I needed and in less than 15 minutes he removed the nail and had me back on the road😀. Can’t believe the best part of my day was a nail in my tire.

If you need a used tire these are the guys to go get it from but they also work on cars 2 I've never had them work on mine but I've seen other people and talk to the people love these guys good place to go

My dad has gone to Complete Auto Center for many years. The owner Enoch is honest, knowledgeable and he leads a spectacular team. They have a tremendous tire inventory they always have the tire I need in stock. The pricing is very affordable, service is always unbelievably quick! I highly recommend!
