Great atmosphere wonderful people help fix my car

Walked into the business on a Saturday and asked for a service quote. The individual did not take down my personal information, only spoke briefly with me about the issue with my vehicle, and then instructed me to return at 8:00 a.m. on Monday. Returned by 8:30 a.m on the following Monday and they were closed with several cars waiting for the business to open. I called one of the numbers on the front of the business, spoke with the individual, only to find out that no one was at the business at that time when they already had several customers waiting and the individual had no idea about my vehicle. I have since called a different auto repair shop who I had done business with previously and I had positive experience with. I wanted to give this business a chance because of it's proximity but the customer service was already less than desirable.
