Ladies who are not auto-repair savvy. Beware and do Research before you go to Complete Automotive for repairs. I purchased a battery a few days ago and did not do my research, because I felt I needed to have my car checked out right away. People were friendly and courteous, but I now feel I was taken advantage of. I purchased a battery for my 2020 Nissan Versa with just over 36,000 miles and as of my inspection in August 2024, no major problems. Well the battery went out on me and Complete Automotive sold me one for $466!!!!!!! After I left and checked around, I could have gotten a top of the line battery for HALF of what they charged. Too late now, but I've learned a valuable lesson, DO HOMEWORK BEFORE GOING TO A REPAIR SHOP. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS SHOP. BE AWARE Signed: DISAPPOINTED Ladies, just want to set the record straight on my above review. I spoke with the manager about the situation and he's going to rectify an error made and give me back half of what I paid, especially knowing that I checked around to see what other shops were selling batteries for. I do appreciate his forthcoming and I accepted the half offer. So I'm not apologizing for the statement made earlier, but I wanted to let you know that when you handle a situation with ENCOURAGEMENT from others, GRACE and PRAYER, God changes things. But ladies, still do your HOMEWORK before going to a repair shop by yourself. I might even give Complete Automotive another try!!!!!!! Blessings Signed: SATISFIED

Great experience today getting my vehicle inspected. My car had two minor issues and they were able to get everything fixed quickly and affordably. Friendly and professional service.

Great swrvice and prices. I got an annual inspection. They recommended brake replacement which I already knew I was due. I chose to have them replace my front brakes and they had it done quickly. Once the brakes arrived in less than a week. I was in and out in a day.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! I needed a state inspection ASAP as I had court in the next few days to show I was current. I know, don't wait until the last minute:) I seriously got there at 9:30am and was out at 9:45am. They even printed me 2 copies so I could have one in the car and take the other to court. I am a forever customer now. Awesome people!

Really impressed. Hustled to fit our Honda in during a road trip. Both the service writer and the technician were competent, communicative, and helpful. Did not try to sell us extra work. Better, faster, and cheaper than the local Honda dealerships.

I went in for an oil change and they did a great job. I also asked if they can order a part for my windshield washer fluid nozzles so I could get it done the next time I come because I didn’t have much time today. Alex told me that they will have the part for the next time I come in. They’re very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend taking your car there.

Went in for inspection. Johnathan was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I was in and out. Customer service was great and very trustworthy. I will return with my other vehicles for future business.

I had a flat tire and stopped by without an appointment. Alex was pleasant and professional. He was able to fit me in to their schedule and promptly fixed my issue. I will definitely be using them again after the exceptional service I received.

I needed to get some repairs done on my vehicle rather quickly. Jonathan was able to fit me in the same day i called. Vehicle was ready for pickup very quickly. Don't take your car anywhere else!

I came in for an oil change and for my windshield wipers to be replaced, and everything was done quickly! Jonathan was able to identify a wheel alignment issue and get that fixed for me, too. I'll be returning. Thank you for the great work!
