They do smog checks for older vehicles! Unfortunately their machine needed additional calibrating when it came time for my vehicle to get it done. However, they were very friendly and pleasant to work with the whole day and recommended a smog check down the road. I’ll be coming back to get my other car maintained as needed. Highly recommend this place!

I recently took my Audi A4 to Complete Auto for a very tricky problem - the car wouldn’t pass the smog test. The solution was some complicated interaction between the computer, catalytic converter, and fuel injection. These guys knew exactly how to solve it, and were able do the repair without any expensive new parts, then smog test it on sight so, problem solved. This was my third time using them and I’ve been very happy with their technical knowledge and friendly service each time. Give them a try!

I couldn't recommend Complete Automotive systems more. John REALLY cares about the quality he is serving his customers and goes above and beyond to explain everything your car needs, and everything that would be nice to upgrade but isn't necessary and let's you make your own decisions with no pressure. This is the first autobody shop l've visited that makes me feel like a valued customer, not just something that needs to get done. I will continue to come back again and again:)

Lifesavers, the Valvoline next door broke my oil filter cap and couldn't fix it, leaving my car inoperable. They pushed it over here and these guys fixed it quickly and affordably. They were kind and understanding in what was for me a frustrating and stressful situation. Amazing customer service and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Too expensive. The Honda dealer was cheaper for an AC diagnostic or even a recharge. I also feel they they work as sales people to get you in the door. Not a fan.

I took my car in because the catalytic converter on my Prius was stolen. The shop worked with my insurance company and was able to repair my car with all original parts. They did a great job, highly recommend them.

It was my mistake choosing this shop, it definitely is not for working class folks/People making under $100K! Having 1 hour diagnostic, 1 hour service, and a replaced starter cost $890 - $240per labor hour, and $370 for the Starter - for a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe. Bad price; competing mechanic 2 minutes drive at A1 Auto Repair ( By Vons, they have higher reviews too) charges $120 per labor hour, and if I ordered the original Hyunai part ( Car starter) It would have been less than $200 ( I understand mechanics need to make some profit but the upcharge is LUXURIOUS); the job could have been done for less than half a few blocks away. Red flag is the shop said open at 7am; waited until 7:30am for anyone to show up (only Jack in the office, not even any mechanics that early), its a monday I can understand. But it took 3 days for them to “make calls to source parts” that I may have needed, all while the starter could have been done within 1 day. I had to call everytime for an update. I should have asked them for the old starter to really see its true condition - they never offered to show me. They took so much time to quote me other parts they believe I needed( Cam shaft and crankshaft positon sensors), and then the quote was for nearly triple the price of the same OEM original parts I could order on the Hyundai site - but this mechanic would only use parts they order from their own vendor (not even showing the market price and the mark-up prices other fair mechanics usually do). Fair to use a trusted source, sketchy not to better explain yourself or the actual prices you are working with. The kind of mechanic that doesn’t expect customers to fight them on pricing, If I wanted to get screwed like this I should have gotten on Grindr. Bad price, not great customer service, bad time. Their are better rated mechanics closeby that don’t double their labor costs.

Terrible Service. They were dishonest and did not clearly indicate what the issue was with my car. First they said it was the oxygen sensors and then it was my catalytic converter. They charged me over 1,500 just to replace small oxygen sensors that honestly I could do myself if I just had the tools. Completely ridiculous. The issue ended up being my catalytic.

They did a great job on a full brake replacement last year . Problem is owning their mistakes . They were the last place to remove my wheels for service . Next flat tire, there’s no wheel lock in the sealed package . Pretty straightforward to me that they presumably never put it back . Despite this, I went back to them for a new tire, which required at least one wheel lock to be broken off - I get it, this can be challenging . I asked for pro bono labor ONLY in regards to removing the lock(s), even just one lock . Their compromise was a somewhat discounted labor rate to remove EACH lock, again billing me for what was presumably their mistake ! I should be asking them to remove ALL locks pro bono, PLUS provide a new wheel lock set at no charge ! I didn’t have to go back to CAS for new service either . Ya’ll either didn’t get it from my POV or the profit this time wasn’t enough to help me out and take a little bit of an L

I recently I got my side mirror replaced here. Jack was very diligent in finding the part and communicating with me. Once I brought it in, it was done very quickly and for a affordable price. I've had work done at Complete Automotive Systems a few times and they are always professional and never try to upsell me. This has been my best experience at a car repair place!

Incredible! Newly minted Tesla service center, got tires and all 4 brakes/rotors replaced for a Model S. Hard to find an non-Tesla shop but this place was great and a refreshing change from the subpar service that we are typically victims of from a Tesla Service Center. Great prices also!

Jack and John took good care of us. We had to wait weeks, and not months for parts that the OEM could not supply. They worked very well with our insurance company to make sure that all of the work performed would be covered. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road. My wife and I have come here many times for various repairs and maintenance and have been 100% satisfied every time. I hate going to auto shops where they try to make you feel dumb and upsell you or just seem dishonest. This is not that. The owner is incredibly communicative, upfront, and always discusses all the options with me - even when it will make him lose money. This place understands that a hasty repair is a single payday, but developing trust and respect with customers will yield a lifetime of patronage.

The absolute best care. I will continue to come back here for all of my car needs. I had an alternator issue and was towed to this shop, called and was seen same-day. Gor was our guy and completely took care of everything! He was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and an excellent employee who talked me through every step of the process, what things would cost, and how much time they were expecting down to the second. I felt confident my car was in great hands. Complete Automotive Systems got me back up and running for an incredible price compared to what I would have been ridiculously charged at the Toyota across the street I usually go to. I would highly recommend this business, and Gor's help, to everyone that is looking for automotive care.
