Warren from Complete Car Care is hands down the the most experienced mechanic I have EVER HIRED, I have been having issues w/my vehicle for over a year now,5 different mechanics from different places have “so called” diagnosed it,were paid to fix it & I continued to have issues w/it….I finally called Complete Auto Care,spoke w/Warren who knew exactly what was happening just by me describing the issues,after having it towed to the shop & receiving a complementary ride home it was less than 24 hours before I received a phone call & email explaining EXACTLY what the problem was in a way that actually made sense. I would 💯 recommend them to ANYONE needing vehicle repairs!!!

A random google search took to the right place , I got my car’s smog test with pick up service from home, and heavy discount offer which made my day. warm customer service. Good to know where everyone is Bussiness mineded someone is supporting customers to grow, highly recommended for women who need right auto service. I bet you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Mr warren my wish my son to be like you a successful businessman and a great human being. Keep serving people year after year and must say that you have best people to work under you, I forgot to ask their names but they are doing perfectly superb!

Came in for an oil change, 30k maintenance/inspection and asked them to check my brakes as well. Jaime and Ray at the front desk were super nice and helpful while I waited for my car to be inspected. Sam did a fantastic job of inspecting my car and changing my oil. He made sure to take pictures of all the inspections done so that I could see the current condition of my car. Warren (the owner) also came to speak to me. He informed me regarding the pictures of the inspection and advised me to keep them on file in case I needed them in the future. I had found this auto shop via a google search. I personally go to places that have overwhelmingly positive reviews versus widely known retail auto shops. I’m happy with the services provided and would recommend their shop. I’d definitely return for further maintenance. Thank you!

Owner Warren and his friendly staff Jamie & Ray have taken care of my personal vehicles professionally and honestly! I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here if you need an experienced technician.Warren is honest, respectful, and keeps me updated on critical repairs. I completely trust his team to keep my vehicle up & running. Whenever I need a repair I always turn to complete car care ✅ Do not waste your time at another repair shop. I wanted to add that he always has a smile on his face!

They did not repair my truck because they were book for 1 and 1/2 month. The reason I wanted to give them a good review the customer service over the phone were excellent! If everyone answered and talked over the phone like him or your business they would probably get more business. Keep it up!

Complete Car Care did a fantastic job on my car! Warren, Ray, and Jamie were very nice, very communicative throughout the whole process, and explained the prices at each step. I would definitely bring my car back if it needs more work and will be recommending to friends and family!

I took my 1981 Toyota pickup to Complete Car Care because my pickups failed smog. I went to multiple shops trying to get it worked on but due to its age no one would touch it. I came to Complete Car Care and they worked wonders on it. They got it fixed they got it running perfectly it passed smog with no problem and we'll go on to serve me for many more years. I wish I could have given more than a five stars to them I would give him 20 Stars possible they did a great job. Given the age of my car they got her done very quick and I'm very impressed and I will be back

Neat experience. From the front desk to the back techs, this team led by Warren goes above and beyond to listen and provide solutions. Mechanic tech Kyle took his time to provide honest attention and feedback. Integrity is hard to find these days, but this place seems to follow through with customer care and solutions. Our 2020 Camry TRD died & when it wasn’t the battery we did I know what it could be. Took it to complete car care for the 1st time. The staff was so nice and reassuring they would find out what’s going on with our car. Took them 30 minutes to diagnose the car and provide and estimate. Warren and his staff are so kind and got everything taken care of. If we have any vehicle issues in the future, it will go back to complete car care. Where we know our vehicle is in trusted hands of Warren & his staff.

The positive reviews are definitely true. The staff from the receptionist to the techs were knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with my truck and the cost was reasonable. They definitely have my future business.

We were about to leave on a trip when I contacted Warren at Complete Car Care concerning a DEF display problem on my 2011 Chevy with a 6.6 Duramax diesel engine. He researched the problem and quickly got back to me saying the issue was identified by the manufacturer and should be fixed by the dealer. I took it to the dealer. They scanned it and said it had already been remedied at 12,000 miles and that I’d have to pay $200+ diagnostic fee plus the cost to reprogram the computer. I took the van to Warren’s shop. He knew the problem, quickly resolved it and had me on the road in less than half an hour.

Take your vehicle to Complete Car Care! You will not regret it. The staff is honest, trustworthy and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. It’s overwhelming when your vehicle isn’t operating correctly Warren and the guys diagnosed the problems, informed me of solutions to fix the issues and worked with me financially. My car was fixed timely, they kept me updated on everything they were doing. I could not be any happier ! Great job, great service.

This will be my third time here .. they have worked on 2 different cars for me today was my AC had a leak and needed fixed .. I already knew where the leak was .. they found and fixed the leak and recharged my AC system .. in my opinion this is one of the most trustworthy shops in Fresno very professional we’ll be going back

Took our flat bed truck to about 3-4 different shops non wanted to or could do the work needed to get our truck back to running condition. We took it to Complete Car Care and not only were they able to get it going but what we though was going to take months to fix they got done in a few weeks. Truck runs great now !!!
