When my 2016 A5 convertible suffered some damage to the right side passenger door and rear quarter panel, Concours Auto Works was recommended to me by my "tire guy". He could not have been more spot-on. These folks are simply the best in Milwaukee. Emil, the founder of the firm, will say "best in world" and I won't argue with him. From the first contact with his son, Michael, to pick up this morning of finished product, service has been impeccable. Michael was always responsive to my questions, kept me abreast of any changes to work schedule, worked closely with my insurance company, and was generally empathetic and a nice guy. He understood I wanted the best for my convertible, and I got it. Emil mentioned that the quarter panel replacement was the toughest in his 40 years experience. Glad I had the benefit of their knowledge and expertise! And car, when finished, looked showroom clean, with a thorough exterior detailing. These guys are the best.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had in the auto world. I had my car repaired here after a fender bender and both the staff and repair work far exceeded my expectations. Everything was incredibly fast and the auto repair work is impeccable- the car looks as great as the day it was purchased. Working with my insurance company was seamless. The staff went above and beyond to help me out. 10/10 stars- I would not hesitate to recommend this auto repair shop to anyone.

I had the misfortune of having my brand new car hit not once, but twice in the past couple of months. Both times I went to Concours. These guys kick a** at what they do, and are super pleasant to interact with. Fun to talk to! Very real/down to earth. No bs. Great communication. My car looks awesome. Talented and skilled employees, who very clearly excel at what they do. They deal with all the insurance crap and the car rental situation, as in driving you to Enterprise AND returning the rental when you come back to the shop to get your car. Honestly, I’m incredibly impressed by how smoothly everything went (both times lol). I’m so thankful for all they have done! Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here; you’ll be treated well. I had a great experience from beginning to end at Concours. They were attentive, prompt, kind and personable. They delivered on every promise. Unfortunately for me my car was hit in the parking lot while I was working. Fortunately for me, a quick Google search led me to Concours Auto Works. Mike was super helpful throughout the entire process. A couple of days in the shop for a couple thousand dollars worth of damage and the car looks fantastic. I'll be coming back the next time I need a great body shop.

When my car was hit and run by a coworker, Mike did his due diligence to talk me through multiple options since I was paying out of pocket. He advised me based on the choice he would make if it was his personal car, which I felt was genuine. I am so glad I went with his recommendation, and the result was amazing - you can't event tell there were scratches there. Living in Milwaukee county, the odds of me needing touch up work are high, and I am confident I will go back (and refer people to) Concur.

Easily the best auto body shop I have came across in the past 6 years. Our family discovered Concours a few years ago and have never went anywhere else since. We recommend them to everybody. The quality is surreal and the communication is on point.

Well I don’t normally do this kind of stuff but the quality of this body shop really needs to be praised. I can’t say enough about the quality of the work this shop did for me. Not only did they take care of all the contract with my insurance company but they really went the extra mile with taking care of me. They keep me informed all during the repair but upon completion of the job they delivered my car tome in an enclosed trailer. That’s great service and when they brought it to my home they told me to return in spring and they would detail my car for me. That’s great service in my book. My car is back to being perfect again and I really got to hand it to you guys I owe it all to you. Anyway I just want to thank you guys for all your hard work. Our car entire front bumper was damaged from an accident. We were able to drop off the car the very next day without any appointment, they even provided a ride home from the shop. The turn around was within just a few weeks & we didn’t have to do virtually anything with the insurance company, they did the leg work for us after our initial report. The end result was very impressive. The car looks pristine. Very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend for any body work.

Eli and the Concours team were incredibly supportive when I had a flat tire today. They promptly arrived, installed my spare tire, and efficiently ordered a replacement that matched the damaged one. By midday, they informed me that the new tire was ready for installation. I'm grateful for their patience and reliability, which significantly improved my day and turned a challenging situation around. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I recently had an unfortunate meeting with a moving buck that smashed into the entire left side of my 2013 Lexus es350. The damage on the car's left side was quite extensive; and I feared the vehicle I cherish so much would be a total loss. Not so after consulting with Concours! The expert gentlemen at Concours Auto Works restored my car to a condition far better than it was before the accident. The superb craftsmanship of needed auto body repair - plus their superior paint matching left me amazed at the time of pick up. The best shop I've ever worked with hands down. Small shop attention to detail, care, and results. The paint-work especially is unbelievable - like new or better than new, seriously. You can end your search for body shops right here! Michael and the whole gang will take care of you. Outstanding service, outstanding workmanship, outstanding communication! Michael handled it all with my insurance company and put up with my pesky calls with questions. After suffering $20,000 in damage on my 2018 Ford F150 the guys in the shop made it like new again! F150's are an all aluminum body and because of that, a challenge to work on. Well they must of been up for the challenge, because it turned out flawlessly! Just can't say Thank you enough to these guys. So one more time, Thank you Michael and the gang! And a thanks goes out to my neighbor for recommending them!
