This auto shop prioritizes honesty, clear communication & great service! Arrived to them per recommendations from co-workers & they really came through in a professional & timely manner. My car unexpectedly was in need of a new alternator - arrived without an appointment when the doors opened. Jonathan greeted me & told me they would take a look to confirm what was needed & was straightforward about letting me know it might not be possible to complete that day but they would most definitely assess the situation and let me know. He called me within a couple of hours to confirm what needed to be done, the cost of parts & labor and informed me they could have it ready for me by the end of the day. I couldn’t be happier! The whole crew is helpful, kind empathetic & most importantly, great mechanics. I definitely recommend this shop and if needed, I will definitely come back. Thank you to the entire staff!

I’ve been coming here for several years now, and I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience each time. They have always been honest and fair with me, and have even talked me out of unnecessary repairs. I truly feel like I’m in good hands each time I need something for my car, which is SO refreshing, and something I’m extremely grateful to have found.

Honesty is the most important. They found my sisters phone in the dumpster & called my # To let me know. Thank you conoco for your honesty. I f I EVER need service on my vehicle I will for sure give you guys a call.

Easiest oil change ever. Took a short amount of time, didn't try to upsell me anything, just changed my oil and called it a day. Easy price too and apparently I don't need it changed for 6 months. Way way better than grease monkey. They even washed my windows and helped with my tire pressure and made my car smell nice. Definitely my new oil change place.

Dave and co have been working on my cars for 10+ years. I live in East Aurora and I’ll make the 45 minute drive one way for the peace of mind knowing he’s the best. Honest and trustworthy. The only shop I’ll take my cars to!

Dave was recommended by a friend who lives in the neighborhood. I came here for an oil change. I called on a Monday and made an appointment for Friday. Easy, efficient process and friendly staff. They called me when it was ready. I dropped it off before work and picked it up after. I felt the price was fair especially given the location. I asked for an estimate and it ended up being within the range I was given which I appreciated. Highly recommend.

My elderly folks told me how kind this shop was to them whenever they needed help. I bright my car in for repairs and not only did Jonathan communicate with me during the day. My Jeep has seen many different mechanics in the last year and to say this was the best experience is an understatement. It’s a small shop but they get the work done quickly and thoroughly and for a great price! Will be back soon for a tune up!
