Mark and his team did a fantastic job diagnosing and correcting my issue. I had multiple misfires in cylinders 4-5-6 on my 3.5 L ecoboost, 2020 F-150. I changed the spark plugs thinking that would help. Alas, it did not. They replaced the high pressure and low pressure injectors within two days! I got compression back in all cylinders! It runs better than it did when I got it with 54,000 miles on it. It has 116,000 miles on it now! They were fast, fair and competent! I would recommend anyone needing serious engine work to Consider It Fixed. Best in OKC!

I’m from out of town and my brakes seized up. I showed up right as they opened without calling ahead. Mark and team got me in and repaired my brakes before lunch. Their systems make it easy to review the diagnosis and estimate, and pay for work online. Very fair prices, especially considering the quick turnaround. All around awesome experience that took the stress out of a crappy situation. Thank you guys!

I was more than impressed with Mark and the service here!! True, honest work. Mark was so great about thoroughly explaining everything when working on my transmission, and communicating with me throughout. Very quick turnaround time and easy to work with. Will definitely be coming here for any of my mechanical needs in the future!

HONEST WORK!!! The mechanics at this shop (specifically Harley, and Mark) are very honest, and knowledgeable. I obtained a FREE second opinion from them, and I am forever grateful. They saved me THOUSANDS of dollars, and future damages on my car from trusting a dealership service center. As a female, I have never felt more secure in the information provided to me about my car until I came here!!! I highly recommend this place, they truly want to help!

I had a 5 star expierence with mark and his crew. I had some warranty work done on my vehicle he was crazy quick with the diagnosis and repair he handled all the claim work and communicated with me the entire process. Luckily I didn’t have to pay for it out of pocket bc it was covered under warranty, but looking at the invoice it seemed to be very fair and honest prices. His shop was super clean which says a lot about the type of mechanic he is. Best expierence I’ve had with car repair in the metro!!

Mark is a fantastic mechanic. My car broke down on the side of the interstate mid road trip from South Dakota to Texas 😭 I had the car towed to Consider It Fixed. I asked Mark to keep the car till I came back in a week. He said, no problem. He had the car fixed in a day, AND identified and repaired another nagging engine issue I'd had for years. Thank you Mark! I made it back home safely 😊

Relatively new auto shop. Super clean! My car was “growling” at me - had no idea what was wrong with it. Took it to mark, he popped my hood and told me it was my radiator fan. I told him I would bring it back. Less than a week later, some dash board lights started flashing at me - telling me my alternator was bad. I live in a state of denial. Car died. Had it towed to mark. He kept in communication with me. Didn’t treat me like a dumb female. Was respectful and had my car finished within 3 days. Messaged me a few days later to make sure it was still running well. Great customer service. Great prices and fantastic communication. Highly recommend Consider it Fixed.
