I had an extremely disappointing experience with Convenient Collision Solutions. I brought my car in for repairs, and what should have been a straightforward process turned into a nightmare. The repairs were not done correctly, and my car came back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. There were visible issues that clearly indicated a lack of attention to detail and poor workmanship. Despite bringing these concerns to Mike (Michael Gravette), the owner, there was no satisfactory resolution. Instead of taking responsibility and correcting the mistakes, I was met with excuses and delays. This experience has been frustrating and stressful, and I am now left with additional expenses to fix their mistakes. I would not recommend Convenient Collision Solutions to anyone looking for reliable and professional repair services.

I honestly was doubtful that people like this still existed! He was friendly, honest, fast and much less expensive than the dealership. He came to my place of work and did the repairs while I was working. He asked me for pictures of the issue and offered to come to me to give an estimate. I have already recommended this company to friends. I'll definitely use them again if needed!

I had such a positive experience with CCS. They were responsive and were able to come to evaluate my car the same day I reached out. Their estimate was thousands less than my previous estimate and they did a great job. They were professional and helpful every step of the way, could not recommend more.

It was great working with this company and worth the wait so i didn’t have to bring my car into a shop. Luckily my car was just damaged and could still drive while i waited. The reason i gave them a 4 was because of their communication. I had to call and reach out over and over and basically threaten to go somewhere else to get a quick response. Their work was great, the prices were great, the pre inspection was better than any other place i went to they just gotta work on their communication and they could get 5 stars

i've had work done on my car now twice with mike and he is very fast, professional and affordable! he was able to come to wherever my car was and do the work there. highly recommend to anyone who doesn't want to spend thousands on fixing their car and wants to feel good about the work that was done. there's no hidden fees and he answers any questions you have.

After my car was side-swiped leaving tons of damage to 2 doors and missing moulding, they were able to perfectly repair it all in my own parking within the same day! I was very impressed with the service, the repairman was excellent and courteous, and they are very responsive. Also they were way less expensive than other places!

I agree with the previous reviews that commented on lack of professionalism. I have been contacting for going on over a week and have had no success in obtaining a quote. I appreciate time sensitivity when it comes to matters of transportation and not getting back to someone within that time frame is highly unprofessional. I would suggest going with a company that values both your business and time.

My front bumper was damaged. I feared the charges from the larger body shops and found CCS through the Next Door app. What a relief. They came to my house when they said they would, examined the damage, and wrote a fair quote. Thank you, CCS.

Joseph did a great job on my 2017 Camaro. Came to my home while I worked and completed the job professionally and quickly. Excellent for small jobs if you are not filing an insurance claim.

Mike, Thank you for a great experience, you and your staff did a wonderful job. I would recommend anyone who has door dings and scratches on your vehicle to call Mike. He came to my house gave me a fair quote, set up the repairs showed up on time and did unbelievable work, I was amazed. I had two cars worked one had an entire door and wheel painted and the other car had the entire rear bumper painted, a door ding and big scratches removed. When both vehicles were completed they looked like they came off the showroom floor.

I ran over an unknown object in the road and had damage to my vehicle. Mike came to my house in Atlanta the next day and gave me an estimate. Once parts were in he drove to my work in Alpharetta to repair my car. He is honest, convenient and reasonably priced. He even fixed the rubber seal on my driver’s side door without me mentioning anything about it. Would highly recommend!

I usually don't write reviews but my experience with Convenient Collison wasn't great. When I called for a quote to fix minor damage to my truck I thought from reading the reviews and speaking with owner they would do an awesome job. Initially the body work was ok but after 2 months I noticed the paint color was changing to a lighter color. Now I have this very noticeable light paint spot on my truck. I've tried to contact the owner several times before I went somewhere else to fix the problem. Eventually he stop answering my calls. I paid them nearly 1k to fix my truck now I fear I have to pay someone else to correct it.

Mike was great. Did a much better job than I could have hoped and saved me a ton of money Thought I was going to need to replace the bumper, but Mike was able to fix it. Also, can't think of anything more convenient than a house call to fix your car.

Painless experience, came to my work to do the estimate and came back the very next day to do the repairs. Other places quoted me at a higher price and longer time frame to complete the job - about 7-10 days. Joseph completed the work in about 5 hours and charged way less. I would high recommend, very professional and does great work!!!!

I've used CCS at least 5 times since moving to Atlanta in 2012, and they've never been short of excellent on speed, quality, and convenience. I've used them for everything from minor ding/scratch repair to larger fender benders on two BMWs and I've never regretted it once. Thanks Mike!

Working with Mike at CCS was a pleasure. A very efficient process for customers. He was able to provide an accurate assessment of the damage to my bumper from pictures I sent him, and provided excellent at-home service at a fair price. High quality work. Hope I don't need to ever use him again but, if I do, I won't hesitate to do so. Highly recommend.
