I was seen immediately by a service rep. He was very helpful, courteous with Avery pleasant personality. He look at the problem in my car, told me I had the the air heat settings in the wrong place. Pu them right. No charge and I was off and running. Thank you Convoy Auto Repair!

Took my 2009 Civic in for AC repair. My inspection results were ready within a few hours and the repairs were done in less than a day. The inspection reports were sent online, so I was able to review before the mechanic called me to discuss the findings. Overall, a great experience and I'd recommend them!

My car had it's check engine light on and I went to SMOG my car and found out my thermostat was stuck open and the sensors were no longer operating sufficiently. Therefore, I found Convoy and Joe was a great help. Super patient with my back and forth schedule questions since I'm active duty. And the services are way more affordable than ANYWHERE else. Highly recommend for San Diego area and way better than even the base shop. Thanks guys :) - Kaira

I brought my car in for a standard oil change and informed Joe that I recently had my 120k mile service (by a mechanic in my home town that I really trust, but is far away for me right now) so there shouldn't be much work needed. He was pretty rude and difficult to talk to, but I'd let that slide if he did quality work and was trustworthy. Unfortunately, he tried to tell me I needed a ton of unnecessary work done. He said he "could tell" certain parts had never been replaced, but when I looked at my receipt from my 120k mile service, many of these parts had literally just been replaced. I took my car to a new mechanic and told him what happened and he did his own inspection. He found absolutely no work needed to be done. Funny enough, the only thing he flagged was an incredibly sloppy oil change...Avoid this place if you don't want to get ripped off, lied to, and poor quality work done. So glad I followed my instincts and didn't give this place another penny.

I have been using convoy auto services for the past year and yesterday I had something of an emergency as my car almost stopped running and had very little power and I was afraid to take it on the high. Even though it was Sunday I had it towed to convoy auto and was able to leave it in the parking lot there and put my keys in their dropbox with a note explaining my problems and need for help. I followed up with a phone call at eight in the morning and spoke to a Service person confirmed that they would inspect my car immediately and get back to me and a few hours with their diagnosis and proposed service and repair. By 4 PM I was able to pick up my car having had substantial worked on to resolve the driving problems I had experienced. When I had a glitch the next morning I contacted them again and they told me to bring it in immediately and they took care of that issue also at no additional cost . Great service for a reasonable price and everything was fully documented in writing with pictures! I highly recommend convoy auto repair.
