I was in a minor collision and took my car to Cookie's Body Shop and I’m very happy with the results! The estimator at Cookie's Body Shop did a great job and worked with the insurance company that was paying for the repairs, I didn’t have to do anything. They also got my car in faster than everyone else around Indianapolis that I had called. The repairs were done in the time that they originally estimated it would take, I was so happy to get my car back on time. The employees that answer the phone are very kind and responsive and communicate very well. When I picked my car up when it was done, it looked perfect, I couldn’t tell it had ever been damaged. They even washed the vehicle and I was very thankful for such a great job that they did, it looked like new again and even smelled nice on the inside. Plus the radio station they left it on is awesome, I’ve been rocking it ever since! If you are in an accident or just need a little body work done, make the folks at Cookie's Body Shop in Acton, IN your first and only call.

Really glad we took our car here for accident repairs. They were very transparent, honest, and easy to communicate with. Heather was especially kind and helpful. Hopefully I don't need body shops too often, but if I do, I'll take it back here with no reservations.

Everyone I talked to was pleasant and they did good work. However it took a week longer than what I was told, and there wasn't any communication on their part. I had to call and ask if/when it was gonna be done, why it was delayed. There was a mix up with a part which is fine and happens but if I had known I would've taken my car back and brought it again when they had the right part instead of having it sit in their lot for days untouched. They did good work but if you need something done under time sensitive matters this wouldn't be my recommendation.

I had heard some recommendations for Cookie's, and I had an older Toyota that needed some body work, so I paid them a visit today. I was greeted by Heather upon entering. I asked if I could get an estimate, she looked over the car and asked some questions, then we went inside. She collected a little information from me, looked up some information on her computer, and produced a printed estimate in about 10 minutes. It was VERY reasonable. Their scheduling was a little booked out over a month, but she was able to work with me to get the timing I needed. This is a family-owned business that's been around for 46 years, a mom-and-pop shop. It doesn't look fancy, but they're courteous and polite and were able to meet my needs. I look forward to seeing their work.

I have gone here a couple times once with my bf before he passed and now with his mom, since I have taken over his car payments, I havent had my car since the Monday after black Friday November 2021..we were told they would try to get it done by Christmas if not new years but it would be hard but i wasnt in a hurry, parts got delayed... then workers got sick... then it was supposed to be done the middle of January only for it to still be dysfunctional and they even had us drive up there to go get it during a winter storm.. I understand things happen but I've now been without a car for 3 going on near 4 months and who knows when I'll actually get it and if I can trust the quality of work put into it.. I have no other means of transportation to my important doctors appointments as well as no way to work without my vehicle.

If you're looking for quality Auto body work, look no further. I caved in the driver's rear corner of my '14 Fusion. Cookies daughter, Heather, did the estimate right away, had to wait a week to get in, (good people stay busy), and the results totally met my expectations. Looks like it never happened! Anti rust undercoat, two step baked on respray, and clear coat. Their pricing is reasonable, and I cannot over emphasize how nice it was to not have to deal with a corporate mentality. Seriously consider Cookies, I'm glad I did.
