I was in desperate need of a vehicle and my daughter happened to mention to me that cool car guys had a great reputation so I went there and Ricky helped me out he got me in a car very friendly staff. The car I purchased had a bad engine in its I brought it to their attention and they paid off the loan and gave me a new vehicle they made things right the way businesses used to do business not like the car dealerships these days I'm very appreciative to Justin for getting me into a vehicle without their help and honesty I wouldn't have a car right now 😁

I bought a car there and not even a mile out from the dealer the check engine came out and they don’t want to fix it, the car had that problem before and they just erased the code 🤬🤬🤬

Ricky was a big big help on getting my jeep fixed and I would go back to Ricky. I had explained the problems with it but Ricky got it fixed for me and now I am back on the road again with my jeep. Ricky was very understandable. Ricky is a great guy to talk to if you are looking for a nice ride. He will help you find what you are looking for and find a reasonable price plus find the right place to help with payments. Thank you so much Ricky for taking the time to listen to me. I would go back to him to buy another vehicle. I am very pleased.

We just bought our 5th vehicle from the Cool Car Guys! My husband bought from them, then I got my vehicle from them. Our son and daughter's vehicles were bought here too. My husband just went in a couple days ago for an upgrade to something a little newer than what he had! So yes, we HIGHLY recommend stopping in and seeing all the great vehicles they have on their lot. Trust us, ALL the staff their is amazing and make sure you get what you want. I can't believe the guys here at Cool Car Guys got me such a great deal on a 2018 Kia Sorento. My credit wasn't great and I didn't have much to offer. I had the pleasure of dealing with Justin in buying my 2018 Audi s5. I didn't expect him to be as patient as he was with me. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and what I was signing so I wouldn't have questions later. He told me that I could contact him in the future to discuss any concerns I had, but I'm 4 months in and I haven't had any problems at all. I would recommend cool car guys to anyone looking for a used car for great prices and great customer service.

I drove in just to check it out and they got me into a new car that day! We have had no issues at all with the vehicle. Payments aren't that bad at all either. Another plus if anything happens to the vehicle they get you into a new one! They are super friendly and very helpful. If you're looking to get a new car or even trade yours in this is the place to go!

Went in knowing exactly what vehicle I wanted and did the application online before heading in. Justin and his team were absolutely awesome!! They were very upfront and honest about their vehicles and I was in and out with my new vehicle in less than an hour and a half!!! Definitely recommend these guys 😁

I cannot express the amount of appreciation, and gratitude I have for this dealership and the men that run it. Being in a very hard place financially, Justin did EVERYTHING in his power to help me through and to make sure I got a car. They dealt with any issues I came across, even with the bank; on top of answering my silly questions with a smile. I can honestly say I won’t ever go to another dealership again. These guys ACTUALLY care about you, and your safety. I highly recommend them to anyone including my family and friends. Amazing place.

Literally financed a car at 105k miles. Got everything ready and of course dealership said check engine light is on, nothing major. Checked it, catalytic converter and fuel cap. Today ( and the last 5 times I called ) it literally died in their parking lot ( 5th time dying due to back pressure on the cat.) sitting at 107k. Sure enough, shows catalytic converter and all emissions. They had the nerve to tell me they don't know if they are going to cover the vehicle I traded my somewhat reliable vehicle for this one.not to mention 4 kids. I TOLD Justin/ Jason that and of course, hard salesman ship kept telling me I'm breaking his budget for the month with his " Free money" and if I backed out it would hurt them. I told them I have a timestamp of the code being on at 105k miles. Didn't seem to budget them, but if this isn't taken care of the right way we will have to take the next step. Oh, and they want me to pay 129 for diagnostic. You literally just did it in the parking lot.

These guys exceeded my expectations, with my credit being very poor they fought for me to finance a 2017 chevy cruze which has everything i could ever want. They are not your average sleazy car salesmen! They very much do all they can to get you the car you want. Would definitley come here again !

I don’t even know where to begin. Justin Christophersen helped me throughout the entire process of getting me a new car after my other was totaled. I still owe thousands on my old car that I don’t have anymore and Justin worked with me for at least 2 weeks on this just to get me a car. He said this was the longest he’s ever worked with a client before and he was very passionate about his work. He went through many hurdles to give me the best prices possible. He went to great lengths for me. I was so unbelievably grateful for his help so I can finally have a car to drive to work and take my son to daycare without having to worry about relying on someone else. I wish I could’ve hugged him. He was so kind, so professional, so sympathetic, so understandable, so sweet, and I have never worked with a care dealer as great as him.
