The team at Cooper Automotive is awesome. Very transparent in the billing and communication was frequent enough to be useful but not so much to be annoying. Glad to have found them, I trust they will help in keeping my cars going. Update: Another vehicle in and out. Clear pricing, warranty on the parts and work not sure I could ask for more.

I used to go here for all of my car maintenance, but now I don't think I'll be coming back after my unfortunate experience. I used to own a 2008 Suzuki Grand Vitara, and it was having issues with the oil leakage. The first visit they thought it was a transmission hose the needed to be replaced, which wasn't the issue. Then I had to take it back to let them know it was still leaking oil. It took them almost a week find the problem, which turns out my old car had a crack around the engine. They fixed it after not having my car for almost a month. The main reason why I'm upset with the service is my car is no longer drivable. Who ever worked on my car destroyed my transmission by not filling my car up with new transmission fluid. It was bone dry when I got the car back. I tired saving it but it was already too late. The car not longer drivable. This happened about early September, and I haven't brought this to their attention because I had to worry about other things that life was throwing at me. I put in $1,600 on car maintenance and multiple trips just for someone to forget to fill my car up with transmission build.

Ian and Cooper Automitive have been excellent. They make sure I'm informed about what's going on with my vehicle before beginning repairs, so I know up front what the repair costs are going to be.

Took both car here for repairs. One of my cars never been the same after and they did half ass work on the other one. After repeatedly bringing it back, I gave up and switched mechanics. Extremely upset today I took my car with a new mechanic and they are telling me multiple things are broken such as my OBD system which Litteraly “seems to have been completely ripped off” in my car and multiple things not done correctly from my last visit with the mechanic which was with cooper. I won’t be returning. Thanks cooper now I have to spend money at another mechanic for shit yall broke and didn’t feel the need to tell me about! The dishonesty is crazy!

The Cooper Team took care of me on short notice and for a great price. I was scheduled to go to the local dealership and was concerned about the cost they quoted me. I called around to other repair shops and Cooper was by far the best deal and the quickest to get me in and out the door. I knew the cost of the parts and the labor involved and couldn't believe what other repair shops were quoting. Cooper was the most transparent with pricing and the quickest to schedule and get the job done so I could hit the road quickly. Thank you to the Team at Cooper!

Cooper automotive is now our go to mechanic. We brought a truck to Cooper automotive for a second opinion. The first mechanic told us it needed the engine replaced. So for about a month this truck was sitting not being driven at all because we thought it was undrivable. This is also a work vehicle and made life more difficult not having it. we decided to bring it in to Cooper automotive for the second opinion and doing so they advise that it is possible that in the future it could use a new engine but at this point it’s not necessary. They educated us on everything and ended up saving us $10,000 for the time being.

The estimate was the final cost - no hidden or additional charges. That seldom happens at car repair shops. I have an older car, so when something else needs work I'll come back to these guys..

Treated us very well. We were heading through Colorado and our vehicle started having some issues. So we called Cooper Automotive and they were able to get us right in so we could continue our trip up the mountain. No other place would do this for us, we tried!! I came in to ask him to help fix my driver's side door, and while they couldn't because of structural damage they did replace a latch the I requested be replaced. They were very polite and friendly and very honest. Honestly I highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs on their vehicle.

Super quick, friendly, very reasonably priced (well below the average for the same repair I got), and didn’t try to upsell me things I didn’t need! Even the tow truck driver commented that Cooper Automotive is excellent because he’s never had to tow a vehicle back out from there! They went above and beyond. My family has been going to Coopers for years and I recently just sent my boyfriend over to them for repairs needed on his jeep. They recently just replaced my starter as well. I was told I can come in Tuesday because there’s not much going on . I left my car right after 8am when they opened and didn’t hear back till after 4 pm and they close at 5 pm . Also I was told I need all 4 breaks and rotors changed for $1500 even tho I got my back ones done exactly a year ago (somewhere else tho) and that it’s expensive because of my car make … its just breaks which are standard . Also I have had issues with my back suspension squeaking and I was told it’s my bike rack which I just put on so I can bike somewhere from the shop . It’s because I’m a girl but I’m not stupid and I’ve had this car for 8 years so I know a few things . Never going back
