I don't know how this place has 5 stars, it's like going thru a junk yard just to park your car to go in, Tuan is rude and dismissive, he started being nice once I started cussing. Didn't look at my car at all, tried to explain what's going and was still dismissive.

These are my Boys! This is Tuan, can you hold please??? 😁 They always do right by me, they turn around my vehicle quick when I need it, always communicate well and work hard to make sure that I'm happy. High level of trust with these guys.

I always have a great experience with Tuan and his team. He is patient, fair and helpful. My mother recommended him, I rely on this place and I just sent my sister there this week and she was so relieved they could complete her repairs in a rush even before a holiday weekend!! I love this place! I will never take my car anywhere else!! As a woman I get screwed over everywhere I go. When my car started having issues I was so stressed. I knew it was time to get my car in.. Called them first thing in the morning, got my car in the same day and repaired the same day. Twan was honest with me the first time I called and told me it could be something basic . After everybody else told me it was something serious serious. I have 40,000 miles on my car right now. My last car had 45,000 miles on it and the engine blew out. Louetta automotive misdiagnosed it then Christian brothers automotive misdiagnosed it twice after charging me over $1000 to figure out what was going wrong I’m a single mom, I work two jobs and I don’t think you understand how amazing it feels to go somewhere and not get screwed over. This was the first time in my life I didn’t get ripped by a mechanic, and I will never take my car anywhere else..

Even after moving over an hour away from Copperfield 9 years ago, we STILL bring our vehicles here . Tuan and Kevin are smart, friendly, fair in their pricing and always solve our tricky car problems. They are in this to help people and serve their community and I can't say enough good about them.

BEST.DAMN.AUTOMOTIVE PLACE!!! Dealer was going to charge me $500+, saying it was electrical...Tuan's workers said it's just the bulb!! I have referred everyone to Copperfield Automotive, and will continue to do so! Thank you for your work ethic! May you prosper, over and over!!

My go-to shop for those jobs too big or complex for me to tackle at home. Modern cars are very expensive to repair, since they are designed for crash survival rather than ease of maintenance. What was a simple task 30 years ago can be very complex today, so we face higher labor costs. With Copperfield, I am confident the job will be done right.

I have been doing business with this place for several years,but it seems like since they've grown,the $ is all that matters! I spent over 3,000$ 4 months ago and my car is still not right! The owner was belligerent and unprofessional when I voiced my concerns! No customer satisfaction! I guess I'll have to take it to a real shop,the people who built the truck, Chevy! I came in with an "AC not blowing cold" issue. A previous shop had replaced the compressor and condenser, which didn't fix the issue and just threw their hands up and sent me on my way after charging a pretty penny. Copperfield really stepped up to the plate to actually diagnose the issue and got my issue fixed. It ended up being a temp sensor buried in the dash. They kept me informed the whole time, and I received calls with updates. I would definitely recommend, and have many times, this shop to anyone looking for an honest shop that will actually get your issue rectified and not just another place that throws parts at it.
