😠Horrible place. They are ready to leave you with empty pockets for the sake of profit. They corner you with the amount of about 600 dollars for a simple replacement of a spare tire. And this is not on the road but in the service itself. I highly recommend avoiding these cunning scammers. 😠😠😠👎👎👎

Came here a couple weeks back for a bad power steering leak. TTT recommended them and I’m glad they did. Guy who answered the phone was professional and told me they had some free time to help me out and they did. The mechanic who worked on my truck was cool as hell and the manager who took my payment was cool as hell too. Very reasonable pricing and if I’m in Tucson and need mechanic assistance, this is my go to place!!

Worst service possible. They charged me $600 for a spare tire change and took them 4 hours. They spent 1 hour to lift the trailer, one hour to take the tire off and more then an hour to put it on. Horrible just horrible. GO HERE!

$815 for an oil change is ridiculous and it took four hours. Go anywhere else.

Awesome and patient folks, was traveling through Tucson and my f350 started to act funny and then it just shut off on me, they treated me fairly and had my truck back on the road within a couple days, and the final bill was reasonable, kept my arm and leg!

Awesome people here don't understand some of the peoples reviews. I was nervous about going to this shop from reviews but was taken very well care of by Greg Cornwell and staff. Called them on a Sunday and he said to bring it right in and they would get right on it and they did exactly what they said. Had u-,joints replaced along with carrier bearing and front left axle shaft seal. The bill was more than reasonable and quality of work was outstanding. Thanks again Greg for the hospitality 10 plus stars if possible

Brothers, I do not advise you to enter this shop at all, it is very expensive and does not know anything, I went in with a problem with the transmission, he charged $2000 for something that he did not adjust, but he did not adjust it and it took me 7 days Akalar bu shopga umuman kirishlaringizni maslahat bermayman juda qimat va hech baloni bilmaydi men transmission da muomo bolib kirgandim sozlamagan narsasiga 2000$ oldi lekin sozlamagan 7 kun vaqtimni oldi

Great service these guys really go all the way to please their customers and get the job done correctly. Had a clutch installed on my 06 cascadi with 60 series. Very pleased with the money charged and work put out!

The people here were helpful in getting me back on the road they knew what they were doing and got it done right the first time. They were priced better than a couple other shops in town and had better customer service than I’ve seen with in 200 miles.

Had issue with tire pressure monitoring system module and some more. Had to wait 6 days for repair. After driving 50 miles, having the same issues. They are not professionals of their work

$182.94 to drill three rivets out and plug in a plug that fell out of a light. Then didn't have the correct rivets so they then drilled out the holes to a larger size and screwed up that light forever. Never again.

My truck was about to derate with def warning on dash. They had it 7 days, replaced two sensors. I found out later that one of the sensors was aftermarket and not even for my truck. They charged me $1060 for a wrong sensor. It left with more codes than it came in with and derated to 5 mph They wouldnt give me any break on the labor or parts. Truck is worse than when i brought it in and had to pay $3200 to get it out of their shop and get it to Inland Kenworth. It took 7 days for all of this to happen while i was paying for a hotel. Once i realized they had no idea what they were doing they woukdnt stop working on it when i asked them to so that i could take the truck somewhere else. This place is a scam.

Needed a tire replaced and my AC went out earlier in the day so they charged me $141.35 to put my spare on and I asked about a used air conditioner compressor and he came back and told me it was going to cost me $300 just for the refrigerant even though my system was full, when I asked him about evacuating the system and capturing the refrigerant in my system and reusing it he said it would be lost when the lines were disconnected. These guys think all truck driver's are stupid and the fact that I know they were going to charge me $300 to put my refrigerant back in therefore not costing them an ounce of refrigerant is ridiculous. Unless you have money to burn I would definitely stay away from this shop .

I will not recommend this place to go for work or call for road service the guy who is attending the phone is rude say after two hrs road service didn’t show up that I am Not sending my worker after all 3 hrs the guy show up didn’t bring the parts now after 30 minutes of work he went back to shop again to bring the part and when I called him the guy went to bring the parts didn’t show up he said he not sending the guy to work and leave me as it’s parts open I just said to him I have delivery by 3 pm the guy didn’t show up he was so angry and annoying and disrespectful to me
