They really have bad service I took my truck there with radiator leaking they fix my radiator they didn’t frame it well it was started leaking after one month and they didn’t even gave me my old radiator and now I have been calling them no one calling me back I don’t recommend anybody go there and waste their money

Over priced rip off artists marked up parts 100 percent. And charged 3 hours labor for 1.5 hours of work.

I went there to change the tier the price is different what I have been told and then this Hispanic guy start running his mouth un professional have zero customer service and no respect at all . If you want to ruin your day go there .

This place is RIPING OFF labor is more expensive then in dealership. Oil change for box truck with my oil and filters. 245$

Carlos provided the best customer service. We had coolant leak and stuck on the freeway. He came within 30 minutes and fixed the issue. Very reasonable pricing as well, highly recommended.

I went there I had a leak on my truck this guy fixed less than 10 minutes. I had gone to the TA. They couldn’t find the problem. This guy is a hell of a mechanic I highly recommended.

Had the oil changed and they were very quick., faster than Love's or TA. I had them check out another issue with the engine and they were very fair and honest that it was beyond the scope of the work they do at my their shop. So respected they didn't waste my time as much as some people. If you need and oil change, Or some other quick service, these are your guys...

Truckers this is a great honest mechanic. asked for rates and were affordable. Truck problem was either the alternator or batteries. Carlos diagnosed correctly the batteries. They sold 4 batteries and installed them same day very fast service. They are bilingual. Great place to take truck.

I would like to take a moment to thank the staff at Coss Truck and Trailer Repair, especially Big Amigo Carlos, for the exceptional service I received. I blew half a rack at loves the night before, and they still couldn't figure it out. Early in the morning I told Carlos the situation and when the computer diagnostic didn't tell him much he was determined to find the issue he replaced a fuel filter that loves supposedly had changed the night before that I paid for which was filthy to be new and less than a mile away. So my mack 10 speed wouldn't go past 30/40mph I asked can he ride passenger to get a sense of whats going on (he didn't have too but he did) and when we got back I was stressed and hungry far away from Los Angeles I walked to a taco truck and by the time I made it back in 30 min I seen Big Amigo standing next to the truck with full confidence on his face I knew he figured it out. I had no play in my clutch. His experience and skill kicked in, and he made adjustments, and I was back on the road. I've been trucking 6 years and been all over. Breakdowns will happen, and it's good people like Carlos that's a quick thinker that keeps Truckers moving. Aye man thank you. If anyone in Albuquerque that needs truck work done, hit them up first. I've been to Bruckners Blew 11k fuel injectors and other work on another truck i had last January, and half a rack at loves on bs so this weekend so I don't discriminate if you get the job done right and in a timely manner then that's all we can ask for as truckinpreneurs. So again thank you Big Amigo Carlos and his son in law for helping me out.

I'm a regular customer and have been going to Coss Truck and Trailer for years. They have always provided good service in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them for big truck service and repairs.

Their prices are too expensive for parts and especially labor the same work with original parts is done at utllity with 35% less ,and the work at COSS is not a road service.I will not recommend this place for their prices..

Well i thought I was getting a good deal but I went across the street to take a shower at the flying j & let my husband pay for 2 trailer tires used. The service man said I could get them for $150 each since I was buying 2 & for $130 if I purchased 6. I needed 6 but couldn't afford them. I didn't look at the receipt til after we left b.c my husband didn't hand me the receipt til later. They charged me $175 a tire. I called them & the lady told me that couldn't be so bc they don't sell any tires for under $175. I told her she should honor what he quoted me at & i asked her to ask her service man & she said he was off that day & it wouldn't matter anyways bx they don't sell a tire for under that price so I told her she either could or I would cancel the charge. She told me I was stealing then. I said no you were for lying to me.
